The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sales Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover to Return on Assets property and real estate sector companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are supporting property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2020. By using a sampling technique (purposive sampling) gained 49 (forty-nine) companies that will serve as the object of research. The testing method used to see the effect of indenpent variables on the dependent variabel is the data panel regression analyze method. Based on this research stimultaneously the effectiveness of Sales Growth not significantly to Return on Asset but Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover on Return on Assets significantly influence Return on Assets. Partial test shows that the effectiveness of Sales Growth has a positive effect but not significant Return on Assets. Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant on Return on Assets. Total Assets Turnover has a positive and significant.

The paper proposes a novel approach for shape sensing of hyper-redundant robots based on an AHRS IMU sensor network embedded into the structure of the robot. The proposed approach uses the data from the sensor network to directly calculate the kinematic parameters of the robot in modules operational space reducing thus the computational time and facilitating implementation of advanced real-time feedback system for shape sensing. In the paper the method is applied for shape sensing and pose estimation of an articulated joint-based hyper-redundant robot with identical 2-DoF modules serially connected. Using a testing method based on HIL techniques the authors validate the computed kinematic model and the computed shape of the robot prototype. A second testing method is used to validate the end effector pose using an external sensory system. The experimental results obtained demonstrate the feasibility of using this type of sensor network and the effectiveness of the proposed shape sensing approach for hyper-redundant robots.

In recent years, demand for housing has increased in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) despite of apartment market’s felling into the freeze. Besides, apartment`s price has continuously dropped, but the situation has not improved much. Do not the real estate companies really understand the need of buyers ? This paper researches factors affecting the decision to purchase apartment of officers in Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in HCMC. We surveyed 321 buyers, using Cronbach`s Alpha Scale testing method, Exploratory Factor Analysis method and multivariate regression methodology. The results indicated that the decision to buy an apartment of officers was affected by three important factors which are habitat environment, characteristics and finance respectively. From the research results, this paper also proposes some solutions to bring the supply and the demand of apartment in HCMC closer together, thereby contributing to solve difficulties for market.

Wayang is considered a cultural heritage that has been passed down from generation to generation in Indonesia. However, the younger generation known as digital natives shows a lack of motivation and interest in Wayang. Therefore, it became an important matter to introduce traditional Wayang to younger audiences in engaging formats. This paper proposes an adaptation of the multiplayer online battle arena or known as MOBA. This type of multiplayer game for the mobile market is gaining high popularity among the young generation because it embraces quick-paced, strategic, and intense battle scenes. We called our game "Wayang Tarung" or "Wayang Battle" in English. Furthermore, the game has several features supporting the narrative of wayang characters, such as simple digital motion comics and character briefing between loading screens. A mechanic-dynamic-aesthetic framework (MDA) is used as a guideline to assure the game has engaging gameplay. Since the game runs asymmetrically, the starting condition for both players must be considered. Therefore, we also apply a game balancing strategy to ensure that each Wayang character has weak and strong points. In addition, we were adapting artificial intelligence from the Clash Royale game to dictate autonomous character behavior. The implementation of the Wayang Tarung game has been evaluated using a heuristic testing method adapted from the norman Nielsen heuristic usability. We also conducted a direct observation in a controlled-lab condition and gathered the data using a pre-post test that evaluated player knowledge of Wayang's character. Based on the excellent mark pre-post test result, we believe that adopting the multiplayer game platform in introducing wayang characters to the young generation has enriched prominent to explore further.
