The optimized air measuring station location of mine airway based on air fully developed was proposed and numerical tests were conducted with six models. The independence of air fully development and inlet velocity was analyzed which validated the models and the numerical methods. The results show that optimized air measuring station location in head entry is 132m-198m after the airway turning while 5.0m-10.1m before the airway turning in tail entry.

The paper will present the implementation of a hybrid power supply for telecommunication and corresponding measuring equipment of remote measuring stations, which are an integral part of the flood protection system. Solar power is the primary energy source during the day, while in night conditions it is actually used as a distribution network (which also supplies street lighting). The power system is implemented with two controlled MPPT chargers (mains and solar), 12V / 110Ah battery bank and associated monitoring system. The paper will present key experimental results obtained during the release of a concrete realized measuring station and associated telecommunication equipment, on the Ub River, Ub Municipality.

Satisfying of increasing demands of society has often resulted in uncontrolled discharges of harmful substances into the atmosphere. The situation is gradually improving over the past 50 years, but the environmental impact is still evident and it must be monitored and evaluated. Reduction of emissions released into the atmosphere and reduction of air pollution impact on the Earth surface occurs due to development of new methods and technologies in the industry and legislation. This paper deals with the possibilities of the two methods of the SO2 concentration measurements - sorption - cumulative and ultraviolet fluorescent method at the location of the power plant Novaky. In the imission area is built automated measuring station (AMS) Oslany (operated by ENVITECH, managed by Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute Bratislava) as the measure of the total concentration of the pollutant. The research have shown that the maximum concentration detected in this area reached up to 64.46 µg.m-3 of SO2

AbstractThe DMT (Deutschen Motorik Tests) investigate the current motor abilities, which are related to health and athletic physical activity, of children and youths. The aim of this work is the development of a suitable computer-controlled measuring station, which allows a simple and objective data collection of the performance of the kinesiology task of the balancing backward of the DMT. In this task, the child has to balance backward on three beams with different widths (6 cm, 4.5 cm and 3 cm) and a length of 3 m. The test starts on a board in front of the beam. The number of steps has to be counted till the subject touches the floor. The automated recording of measured values was investigated by various measuring methods, for example, acceleration, force sensors and gyroscopes . We propose a solution using the Kinect for Windows V2 for the data acquisition, which reduces personnel and time expenditure. We developed an algorithm to count the steps and to detect the floor contact, which leads to the end of the test.

The stochastic Lagrange wave model is a realistic alternative to the Gaussian linear wave model, which has been successfully used in ocean engineering for more than half a century. In this paper we present the slope distributions and other characteristic distributions at level crossings for asymmetric Lagrange time waves, i.e. what can be observed at a fixed measuring station, thereby extending results previously given for space waves. The distributions are given as expectations in a multivariate normal distribution, and they have to be evaluated by simulation or numerical integration. Interesting characteristic variables are the slope in time, the slope in space, and the vertical particle velocity when the waves are observed close to instances when the water level crosses a predetermined level. The theory has been made possible by recent generalizations of Rice's formula for the expected number of marked crossings in random fields.

The article deals with the process of torque camshaft at a constant speed. The method of release was determined by the normal force acting between the cam and the tappet. Subsequently, was expressed torque. A prerequisite for the calculations are a constant friction coefficient between the components of the mechanism and constant speed of the camshaft. Cam used for the purposes of this study generated polynomial lifting dependence. Part of this work is the calculation methodology lifting addiction. Course of torque is the conclusion presented on the values of the corresponding measuring station, which is the result of previous work on the subject.
