Seemingly overnight, in March 2020, the world was turned upside down by the global SARS-CoV 2 (novel coronavirus) pandemic. As COVID-19 affected all aspects of clinical care, Canadian ambulatory clinics for any service deemed "non-urgent" or "non-critical," were suspended for several months. When outpatient care slowly resumed during the summer and fall of 2020, the backlog of patients in these areas and subsequent requests for follow-up significantly outpaced the number of available appointments. In fact, it became apparent that certain patients' needs had grown in unprecedented ways during the pandemic, even though their issues had previously been given low priority during the acute crisis period. Among these groups were youth with underlying mental health conditions, those with chronic but non-life-threatening illnesses, and the subgroups seen in Developmental-Behavioural Pediatrics. In Montréal, they were among the least likely to have their needs met as the waves of COVID-19 moved through the community, and many still struggle to find relevancy in the discussions about the hidden impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, even one year later. What can the experiences of these marginalised youth teach us about what our system labels less relevant care in the context of an acute health care crisis? A short narrative presentation will demonstrate insights gleaned from 2020 & early 2021 to underscore the often unrecognised challenges faced by these populations and their families.

Abstract This article aims to review the structural transformation in the container shipping industry from 1995 to 2020 and identify the growth strategies of global carriers to enhance their market presence. Along with large investments in mega vessels, the growing deployment of charter capacity in all ship sectors has been a prominent trend in fleet expansion. The waves of mergers/acquisitions and bankruptcies have narrowed the group of global carriers. In addition to internal and external growth, they have been increasingly involved in strategic alliances to expand service coverage and compete well with powerful rivals. A few mega carriers have progressively captured the industry. In 2020, the Top 12 controlled 88 % of the global supply, and nearly 56 % was in the hands of the Top 4. Besides the substantial expansion of the four biggest carriers, we can identify the de-concentration within this gigantic group through the less inequality between their market shares.

Abstract The use of energy, especially electrical power, is needed by the wider community— lots of alternative energy from nature, especially in Indonesia that can be utilized to produce electricity. One of the newest alternative examples is the energy produced by tides. Tidal energy is a type of renewable energy that is relatively more predictable in number. One method that can process the waves is the Least Square Method. Where the results of data processing using this method can be known based on tidal observations for 15 days on Toaya Beach located in Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi, the types of tidal types that occur based on the results of Formzahl’s count is 0.357 that the tidal types that occur are varied types leaning to double daily, with a Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 0.028, which means that the difference between predictive results and observational data is accurate. Then also obtained the value of the design water level elevation that is the highest high water level (HHWL) is 2.7 meters, and the lowest low water level (LLWL) is -0.3 meters with a height difference is 3.0 meters. So with the high height difference, the total energy generated by two times a day with a sea area of 9 km2 which is capable of producing energy movement from seawater can be calculated the potential energy generated from the waves of Toaya Beach, which is 5,53 MW.

Numerical modeling of propagation and absorption of fast waves (helicons) with frequency 200 MHz in 2D inhomogeneous plasma of the spherical tokamak Globus-M2 was carried out with 2D full-wave code. Toroidal effects, poloidal magnetic field and the actual shape of the flux surfaces were taken into account. The full wave electric field and RF power absorption profiles were computed by solving plasma wave equation with electron Landau damping term. The modeling demonstrated a fairly high efficiency of helicons absorption in the bulk plasma within a wide range of experimental parameters. The waves propagate to the inner regions of the plasma column and are mainly absorbed there; less than 20% of RF energy returns back to the plasma periphery.

Dentistry, the field of medicine where the communication sets standards for success. A continuous patient and dentist as well multidisciplinary dental communication leads to accuracy in diagnosis, increased efficiency as well as better patient satisfaction and long term positive outcomes. However the COVID-19 has brought a hindrance in the regular dental practice. The dental work demands a close proximity between the dentists with the patient which pitches them at a higher risk of being affected by the virus. Hence, international as well as national policy making associations and organizations have suggested only emergency and minimal aerosols generating treatment procedures. The dentists have almost been in hibernation, along with the waves of the pandemic and the constant lockdowns, carrying out free consultations for regular patients of their practices, through the phone and even chats. Can this be an opportunity to include tele-communication tools in routine dental practice?

The stability characteristics of internal gravity waves, generated by an isothermal bounded tangent velocity profile in the presence of a saturated finite layer, are studied. The moist layer with constant thickness the structure of the ness is introduced at different levels in respect to the point of inflection and the variations of moisture content and distance from the origin are examined. The characteristics of the unstable waves are obtained by solving numerically the linearized versions or the full equations of motion, in the inviscid and Boussinesq limit, through the technique of Lalas and Elnaudi (1976).  It is shown that the presence of the moist layer can significantly affect the stability characteristics of the waves. Increases in the moisture and distance of the layer from the Inflection point are found to amplify or decay the wave response, because the saturated layer behaves as a solid boundary to the flow. The presence of such effective layer is shown to stabilize short wavelengths and destabilize. Finally, an application of the model's results to the real atmosphere is discussed.

The main dominated factors and strategies of non-antibody immunity (the human innate and others, microbial probiotic) aimed at maintaining and strengthening health in connection with the pandemic disease COVID-19 are considered and currently systematized. An integrated current evaluation of the non-antibody immunity is given and preventive and therapeutic approaches to its use for combating diseases accompanying COVID-19 (or on the it’s background) are indicated. Innate immunity is considered as the basic and deep support for the antibody level immunity as the higher and super-structure. The concept of increasing sensitivity to be infected with COVID-19 in population groups depending on the presence and/or the progress of spectrum pathologies and diseases and in connection with the waves of the pandemic COVID-19 is proposed.
