In today?s changing global environment, many businesses, in order to achieve competitive advantage and efficiency. have to seek profitable ways to differentiate themselves. One strategy that has been related to success is the delivery of high service quality. As service quality is becoming a major part of business practice, it is important to be able to measure and research its effectiveness. The most popular measure of service quality is SERVQUAL instrument. The findings discussed in this article are a study in which patients assessments of service quality were measured for services of primary care doctors in Osijek.

Solar energy is one of the most popular resources in recent years. It has seemed as the best alternative for solving energy problem and protecting global environment. Moreover, many countries are very enthusiastic about the development of PV industry. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the best strategy for Taiwan’s photovoltaic (PV) industry. First, Taiwan PV industry was analyzed by using SWOT. Second, the Analytic Network Process (ANP) structure was formed and modified by Expert Depth Interview. Then, the questionnaires were designed and sent to experts. Finally, the authors used the returned questionnaires to calculate the weighting and select the best strategy for Taiwan PV industry. The research results showed that the diversification strategy was the most appropriate. With this consequence, the manager of PV industry can take this strategy in order to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage in PV industry of the world.

The application of the green practice in hospitality is becoming more widespread and the awareness of its importance is growing every day. As hospitality belongs to the industry that uses different materials, energy sources and generates different types of waste, the concept of green restaurants is a good sustainable solution for this type of problem that affects the environment. Green restaurants have a great opportunity and chance to create a competitive advantage and thus improves the corporate image, through a more efficient environmental policy and reducing operating costs. The subject of this paper is the importance and application of the concept of the green practice in restaurant facilities. The task of the paper is to examine the employees of hospitality facilities on the territory of Novi Sad with the aim of researching the awareness among the employees about the importance of green restaurants and knowledge about them and the advantages they can achieve.
