Based on the gearbox as the research object, we discussed the problem: how to confirm every part’s weight when assess gearbox’s state by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Contraposing the main problem of the weight-fixed Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) that ignoring every part’s fault degree in the process of evaluation, a variable weight method is proposed base on the rate of fault degree contribution. And to a state known gearbox, the weight of each part in the whole gearbox assessment is confirmed by the AHP and the variable weight method respectively. The comparison of the two assessment results shows that the result get by the variable weight method is more close to the gearbox’s real state, so this method is more accurate. What’s more this method is very simple, and can be used in real project.

In accordance with the requirements of the circular economy in Guangxi (of PRC) and the characteristics of the drivers of low-carbon competitiveness in the regional construction industry, a causal flowchart of influencing factors of the low-carbon competitiveness in the Guangxi construction industry is constructed, and a model based on system dynamics is established. After the entropy weight method is used to determine the variable weight, VENSIM PLE software is used to simulate the development trend of the low-carbon competitiveness of the Guangxi construction industry. The simulation results of the promotion effect of various factors on the development of the low-carbon competitiveness of the regional construction industry from 2010 to 2020 are obtained, and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of a circular economy.

Abstract: Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy decision are applied in the various fields. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluations based on variable weight method and fixed weight method were compared and analyzed in terms of the comprehensive evaluation blasting effects. It is concluded that the comprehensive evaluation based on variable weight method, which the arithmetic average algorithm was adopted on, was an effective and reasonable method for comprehensive evaluation of blasting effects. Additionally, the comprehensive evaluation based on variable weight method is a powerful tool for multifactor-fuzzy decision on the blasting plans.

AbstractA review of the stability theory of symmetrizable time-dependent difference schemes is represented. The notion of the operator-difference scheme is introduced and general ideas about stability in the sense of the initial data and in the sense of the right hand side are formulated. Further, the so-called symmetrizable difference schemes are considered in detail for which we manage to formulate the unimprovable necessary and su±cient conditions of stability in the sense of the initial data. The schemes with variable weight multipliers are a typical representative of symmetrizable difference schemes. For such schemes a numerical algorithm is proposed and realized for constructing stability boundaries.
