These IoT applications become operated on both the Internet, whereby information becomes transported publicly between a network to the next, therefore flowing information requires a great deal of further privacy consideration to guarantee IoT applications become reliable Internet of things technologies have been using various techniques of data protection of security and privacy. However, all such modern security systems have always been sufficient to ensure the Internet of things perceived safety. A Blockchain has become a revolutionary authoritative digital technology that really transforms commercial transactions absolutely. This is also a collaborative service that facilitates it uses a variety of features of cybersecurity. Blockchain technology seems to be the missing piece of the puzzle throughout the IoT to address problems of usability, anonymity, including security. Block chain’s crypto algorithms must enable transparency from customers very confidential. Throughout this research article, we introduce an analysis of IoT security concerns; blockchain gets addressed briefly as well as later addresses the security of IoT applications dependent on blockchain technologies.

In the modern world, the process of innovative transformation of the housing and communal services (HCS) sector is taking place with active steps. The latest technical developments are used to improve the quality of life of the population, which are aimed at a comprehensive modernization of the entire structure of HCS and reducing the wear of systems. One of the most important stages is the introduction of innovative technologies through the use of the Internet of Things, big data processing. The objects of innovative development are smart platforms, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and a quantum computer. Investors can help these innovations. Therefore, the importance of the issue of integrating modern technological innovations has great prospects for the maintenance and development of housing and communal services. The paper studies the current perspective of using the latest developments in the field of HCS, mainly aimed at improving the quality of life of the country’s population. The possibility of attracting investors as the main assistants for the successful implementation of innovative projects was also considered. The sphere of HCS is a promising platform for creating profitability of innovative projects, achieving an improvement in the quality of life of the population. It is of high importance for many sectors of the economy of the Russian Federation.

Количество и качество возможностей умного дома зависит только от желания и финансовых возможностей владельца. Кто-то может устанавливать всевозможные датчики температуры, газа, движения, автоматическое освещение и шторы, кто-то может ограничиться умным чайником. Самая важная и актуальная для человека функция умного дома это безопасность, которую он может обеспечить, для этого могут, например, использоваться электронные замки, которые открываются со смартфона владельца или по паролю, камеры видеонаблюдения, датчики движения. Все это возможно благодаря технологии интернет вещей, которая связывает все устройства в доме в единую сеть. This publication discusses the technology of the Internet of things and its role in the Smart Home project, and in the security system that they can provide, as well as its relevance in the modern world. The quantity and quality of the capabilities of a smart home depends only on the desire and financial capabilities of the owner. Someone can install all kinds of sensors for temperature, gas, movement, automatic lighting and curtains, someone can be limited to a smart kettle. The most important and relevant function of a smart home for a person is the security that it can provide, for this, for example, electronic locks can be used that open from the owners smartphone or password, video surveillance cameras, motion sensors. All this is possible thanks to the Internet of Things technology, which connects all the devices in the house into a single network.

The existing stand-alone multimedia machines and online multimedia machines in the market have certain deficiencies, so they cannot meet the actual needs. Based on this, this research combines the actual needs to design and implement a multi-media system based on the Internet of Things and cloud service platform. Moreover, through in-depth research on the MQTT protocol, this study proposes a message encryption verification scheme for the MQTT protocol, which can solve the problem of low message security in the Internet of Things communication to a certain extent. In addition, through research on the fusion technology of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, this research designs scheme to provide a LightGBM intelligent prediction module interface, MQTT message middleware, device management system, intelligent prediction and push interface for the cloud platform. Finally, this research completes the design and implementation of the cloud platform and tests the function and performance of the built multimedia system database. The research results show that the multimedia database constructed in this paper has good performance.
