O presente artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre as Políticas Públicas de que as autoras participaram, participam e que de estarão participando em breve, na área de ensino de Língua Inglesa. Com vistas a responder ao desafio de promover a formação continuada com maiores oportunidades para professores de Inglês como língua estrangeira e internacionalizar a produção acadêmica, algumas políticas de formação de professores têm sido implantadas, a fim de que esses objetivos sejam alcançados. Algumas com foco em professores em formação e outras de formação continuada. Neste artigo, são relatadas as atividades desenvolvidas na REGESD (Rede Gaúcha de Ensino a Distância), no PDPI (Programa de Desenvolvimento Profissional para Professores de Língua Inglesa), no PIBID (Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência), sua evolução para a Residência Pedagógica, no Programa ETA (English Teaching Assistant), bem como alguns resultados observados durante o processo. Os referidos projetos têm diferentes objetivos, mas contribuem sensivelmente para o desenvolvimento dos professores de Língua Inglesa, acadêmicos de Letras-Inglês, e consequentemente, podem colaborar para a melhoria do ensino de Língua Inglesa no país.

In order to improve the effect of English Teaching in multimedia environment, this paper proposes an English teaching method based on intelligent language AIDS in multimedia environment. Firstly, an intelligent speech teaching assistant system is designed in the multimedia environment. The software mainly includes four modules: new words and sentences, Chinese and English reading, voice evaluation, tools and settings. Learners can learn independently through the software, and teachers can also use the software to make various audio teaching resources in the classroom. In addition, the system can promote vocabulary teaching and support sentence pattern teaching and situational teaching in English teaching. The experimental results show that the average score of class 3A is increased from 86.35 to 86.79, with an increase of 0.64, which proves that the application of this method can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students in learning English and achieve good teaching effect.

Through literature review, this paper expounds the descriptive parameter framework of College English mixed teaching and the index framework of teachers' effective teaching behavior in College English mixed teaching and its influencing factors. Based on this, this paper studies the new "offline + online" teaching model of College English based on cloud computing. This paper verifies and enriches the framework established based on literature through pilot interviews. For the part of effective teaching behavior, this paper applies Delphi expert survey method to conduct two rounds of questionnaire consultation with 10 information-based foreign language teaching research experts, and forms the final effective teaching behavior questionnaire. The results of this study show that teachers' effective teaching behavior in College English teaching can be summarized into five factors. According to the explanatory power, the order from high to low is: online learning management, teacher support, organizing face-to-face classroom, diversified evaluation and personalized teaching. Therefore, the new "offline + online" teaching model of College English based on cloud computing can improve the efficiency of English teaching.
