The software mainly includes four modules: new words and sentences, Chinese and English reading, voice evaluation, tools and settings. Learners can learn independently through the software, and teachers can also use the software to make various audio teaching resources in the classroom. In addition, the system can promote vocabulary teaching and support sentence pattern teaching and situational teaching in English teaching. The experimental results show that the average score of class 3A is increased from 86.35 to 86.79, with an increase of 0.64, which proves that the application of this method can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students in learning English and achieve good teaching effect.

The construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy. According to the statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics, the GDP in 2016 was 744.127 billion yuan, while the total construction output value was 193.567 billion yuan, accounting for 6.5 percent of China’s GDP. The construction industry has played a pivotal role in promoting social development. Construction projects have always belonged to typical high-risk industries, and they will be affected by many factors, and these factors are mostly from the social environment and the natural environment, which makes it difficult to realize the expected construction period, cost, quality, safety, etc., of the construction project. The objectives, especially for large- and medium-sized construction projects, involve a lot of specialties, a wide range, a long construction period, and a huge amount of investment. Once the risks appear, the consequences are unimaginable. In addition, construction projects will be affected by accidental factors during the implementation process. If not handled in time, it will seriously affect the normal operation of construction projects. In view of the above problems, this article aims to study the risk management research of construction project management under the multimedia environment of the Internet of Things. Combining the characteristics of mobile construction projects, various problems are analyzed in the construction process of construction projects. This paper proposes a multimedia-based construction project management system, construction project quality management objectives and principles, and schedule risk prediction. The experimental results of this paper show that taking the construction project under the multimedia environment as an example, the communication management and quality control management of the construction project under the multimedia environment are studied. Through the combination of theory and practice, the work of construction projects under the multimedia environment of the Internet of Things is guaranteed to be completed on time and with high quality.

In addition to the traditional methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and case analysis, the research method based on design is also adopted to help learners establish effective learning strategies by carrying out reasonable functional design according to learners’ learning needs. Results: This study will have a really important impact on the language learning of Chinese English learners, and provide a new learning environment that will be more convenient and effective for learners. Conclusion: It is a useful attempt for artificial intelligence to spread widely in the field of human knowledge transmission.

With recent advances in technological media, the artistic notion of the multimedia environment has been dramatically extended. In this collection of interviews, sound will be examined in relation to various mediated spaces, from the ubiquitous urban space of telematic cities to enclosed audiovisual spaces. The sounds present in these mediated spaces act as triggers which allow the audience to transcend the sensory experiences of the mundane. They accomplish this through the visualization of invisible auditory forces, or by creating an immersive space beyond the realm of the physical ambient space. In some cases, sounds archived and shared on media platforms direct attention to larger sociopolitical issues. Such mediated environments, artistically augmented with the power of sound, become platforms wherein audiences can experience new potentials of sensory space. Furthermore, these works also introduce possibilities of new forms of sound-based connectivity and communication.

The concepts related to the adaptation of interactive English teaching based on multimedia, the compilation of the scale of adaptation of interactive English teaching based on multimedia and its influencing factors, and the construction of the model of influencing factors of adaptation of interactive English teaching based on multimedia, to a certain extent, enrich the theoretical system of learning adaptation. The design of the intervention model of adaptation of interactive English teaching based on multimedia broadens the intervention theory of learning adaptation; the study is also aimed at developing a multimedia-based interactive English-teaching adaptation intervention model and broadening the theory and method of learning adaptation.
