The procuratorial civil public interest litigation system is a kind of legal system, which will realize certain legal functions. As an important way for procuratorial organs to exercise their functions and powers, procuratorial civil public interest litigation system in China has many functions: on the one hand, it has the core function of protecting social public interests; on the other hand, it has the main function of enforcing laws, forming public policies and promoting social governance; and it has the guiding function of providing reference for similar reforms. How to fully give play to the function of procuratorial civil public interest litigation, the big data is an important means. Procuratorial organs should make full use of the information of data platform, and enhance the joint efforts of public welfare protection, and set up the thinking of handling cases with information and improve application ability, so as to plug in "wisdom wings" for the procuratorial civil public interest litigation.

The animation construction of forest scene is a virtual stand scene visualization framework which uses the related technologies of virtual forest modeling and stand scene visualization, and uses the scene graph technology to manage. This paper studies the influence of digital media technology on the animation design of forest scene. In this paper, the model of virtual stand scene is mainly completed by Creator modeling software of MultiGen company. In order to reduce the number of scene patches and ensure realism, the tree model is designed with OpenFlight tree hierarchy. At the same time, the key technologies of Creator modeling and model optimization are analyzed. The virtual stand scene visualization framework uses the open source graphics rendering engine OpenSceneGraph (OSG) as the scene driver to realize the stand scene visualization. This paper provides a variety of roaming control methods. The experimental results show that the virtual forest scene visualization framework can better simulate the forest scene and has a strong sense of reality.

Although a societal consensus has been reached about the partnership between human beings and smart machines, limited research has been carried out to consider advances in its combination pattern, function mechanism, and developing creativity. Based on occurred disruptive changes form theory to practice, a new paradigm of co-creation by synergistic human-machine is proposed, which refers to that interaction of human-machine learning in a holistic system increase complementarity of abilities and integration of wisdom to realize an augmented synergy made up of hybrid intelligences. This augmented intelligence can effectively account for shifts in business logic and the productive solutions to the multiple complex problems during smart manufacturing. It has been discovered that the positive consequences of synergistic human-machine co-creation include not only sustainable labor patterns, but the ability to overcome multiple complexities and steadily increase business value. All this is further elaborated in the Baizhentang Foods case. This paper discusses the main prospects of the theoretical developments presented here for future research on organizational behavior and a synergistic human-machine structure.

The mechanical design experiment is a comprehensive experimental course that can cultivate the preliminary engineering practice ability of machinery students. Due to the high requirements for students' basic knowledge and ability of comprehensive application of knowledge, teaching is difficult and the teaching effect is general. This paper uses the MOOC teaching method, a new network-based teaching model, to study the experimental teaching of mechanical design and the construction of virtual simulation experiment teaching system under the new situation. Firstly, analyze the advantages in experimental teaching of mechanical design under virtual simulation experiment. Secondly, it puts forward suggestions for constructing the virtual simulation experiment teaching system of mechanical design, and discusses the advantages of the combination of MOOC and virtual simulation experiment technology, opportunities and reforms under the new situation. Lastly, it can be concluded that by using MOOC and virtual simulation experiments can break through the limitations of traditional teaching and improve teaching. This paper applies the MOOC and virtual simulation experiment to the experimental teaching of mechanical design, can not only improve the teaching of teachers, but also cultivate the practical ability and thinking innovation ability of machinery students. With the advantages of MOOC and virtual simulation experiments, it provides better opportunities and challenges for the teaching of mechanical design.

At present, the problem of emotional disorders in college student has attracted more and more attention from the society, and mental health problems have become a common problem in the process of young people’s growth, learning and life. Especially, the physiological characteristics of growth and development during university leads to the occurrence of anxiety, which require external intervention and guidance. Now, mental health education in China is generally absent, and the treatment of mental health is incomplete. There is a lack of scientific method guidance for mental health intervention and guidance for college students. The college students have just gone through the learning in universities. After entering the society, they are in a relatively relaxed state both in body and mind. This phase is also a stage when problems are easy to occur. This method can effectively cultivate nursing students' problem-solving ability and critical thinking ability, which is consistent with the goal of nursing education.

In this paper, the model free adaptive control method of switched reluctance motor for electric vehicle is studied. Based on the torque distribution control of SRM, a SRM control strategy based on torque current hybrid model based on RBF neural network is proposed in this paper. Based on the deviation between the dynamic average value and instantaneous value of SRM output torque, the online learning of RBF neural network is realized. At the same time, this paper constructs a torque current hybrid model, obtains the current variation law of SRM under low torque ripple operation, and reduces the torque ripple of SRM. The SRM torque distribution control is realized on the SRM experimental platform. Compared with the voltage chopper control method, the experimental results show that the torque ripple of SRM can be reduced by adopting the torque distribution control strategy.

This paper studies the synchronization control of fractional order chaotic systems based on memristor and its hardware implementation. This paper takes the complex dynamic phenomena of memristor turbidity system as the research background. Starting with the integer order memristor system, the fractional order form is derived based on the integer order turbid system, and its dynamics is deeply studied. At the same time, the turbidity phenomenon is applied to the watermark encryption algorithm, which effectively improves the confidentiality of the algorithm. Finally, in order to suppress the occurrence of turbidity, a fractional order sliding mode controller is proposed. In this paper, the sliding mode controller under the function switching control method is established, and the conditions for the parameters of the sliding mode controller are derived. Finally, the experimental results analyze the stability of the controlled system under different parameters, and give the corresponding time-domain waveform to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
