The existence of traditional musical instruments, especially Betawi, is increasingly disappearing, eroded by modern life and a global lifestyle that is more adopting Western musical instruments with all its conveniences. One effort that can be done is to develop an application using augmented reality technology. This research will focus on developing augmented reality applications using a mix approach approach, which is a merger of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Whereas in the application
development process, the method of designing Interactive Multimedia System Design Development (IMSDD) was developed. This application is evaluated using the System Usability Scale. It can be concluded that the application is categorized as “Good” with a grade scale “C” and acceptability ranges

Augmented reality (AR) technology is one of the hot issues in the field of computer vision, There are many technologies for the development of online virtual display, Such as Flash, Java and Web3D technology. Web3D technology is an emerging network3D technology, in which VRML and Cult3D technologies are commonly used. This paper chooses a convenient interactive technologyCult3D, Cult3D Designer platform is given in a 3D virtual scene and product display of the implementation process, through a set of instructions to achieve user interactions with the product and the virtual museum roaming.

In this digital era, the presentation of information as a media campaign in the form of brochures and pamphlets is increasingly left out. Besides being considered boring it also looks less interactive. The advent of AR technology that can combine real and virtual images in 3-dimensional form projected onto a screen or monitor can be used as a solution in delivering more interactive information. But Politeknik Kediri has not implemented it. The brochure of Politeknik Kediri as one of the media campaign has not been integrated with augmented reality technology, so it seems less interesting. Therefore, we create an android-based application that can display the visualization of Politeknik Kediri using augmented reality to support promotion. Through this research, it is expected that the media campaign of Politeknik Kediri can be more interesting, so that many prospective students who are interested to join Politeknik Kediri especially Informatics Engineering Department. This research is done through 6 stages: analyze the needs, perform system design, hierarchy, application implementation, and application testing. While the software used in this study is Vuforia SDK, An-droid SDK, Unity3D, and Blender.
