AbstractThe spin-wave resonance spectrum is a characteristic of a magnetic film. The surface mode of this spectrum depends on the magnitude and nature of the stress state of the surface layer of the film. Parameters of this mode are independent on the film conductivity.

The [СоxNi1–x]N and [СоxP1– x]N films with composition gradient were prepared by electroless deposition. The [(Co40Fe40B20)X(SiO2)100-X/α-Si:H]N and [(Co40Fe40B20)X(SiO2)100-X/SiO2]N films were prepared by the ion-beam sputtering. It is found that the spin–wave resonance spectrum in these films is characterized by anomalous dependences of resonance fields of spin–wave modes Hr on the mode number: Hr(n) ~ n, Hr(n) ~ n2/3.
