The present state of laser glasses production for optoelectronic systems and devices is considered. The limitations of existing laser glasses and the necessity to create new ones have been viewed. The urgency of the development and introduction of new types of laser glass for its use in both civilian and defense equipment sectors is shown. The technological complexity of the phosphate erbium glasses production is substantiated. The purpose of the work is to create laser glasses and make a laser element, will be operating wavelength of 1.54 μm. Optimum concentration of rare earth oxides in laser glasses has been determined. The quality control methodology and technology of laser glasses were developed. The production of a new laser glass makes it possible to use it in modern optoelectronic systems. The laser elements were fabricated and their generation characteristics were investigated. The results of the laser elements industrial testing are presented.

This paper describes a new optimization methodology of testing vector sets reduction for testing of soft-processor cores and their individual blocks. The deterministic test vectors both for whole core and its individual blocks are investigated that significantly reduce the testing time and amount of test data that needs to be stored on the tester memory. The processor executes an assembler program which together with determined testing vectors ex-ercise its functionality. The new BIST methodology applicable at industrial testing of processor cores, diagnostics and dynamic reconfiguration of FPGA is proposed. This novel methodology combined with dynamic reconfiguration of FPGAs can be profitable applied for missions-critical i.e. FPGAs operate in space, or other difficult condition where are explore on radiation. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach reduces many times testing time.

Qualisys is a camera system designed initially for 3D record of body motion that is firmly marked with special points called markers. Qualisys uses infrared range of frequencies and the main advantage of the system is the fact that it records coordinates of markers and therefore the need of complicated and often not accurate image analysis is not necessary. The system was used for measuring of properties and strength of partial supporting structure of refrigerating racks and for testing of completed prototypes. Strength and deformation resistance that were specified by maximal force of safe structural changes was determined during the testing. The loading capacity of prototypes was tested using by the producer described and standardized procedure. Monitoring of deformation propagation in different components and also the completed rack was performed using the Qualisys system which allows continuous measuring over a period of loading and unloading. The results of tests enabled to verify analytically or FEM gained preliminary results of calculations easily and promptly. This work should contribute to discover utilization of alternative measuring technologies that are common in many other branches. The application of these systems may influence significantly technical complexity of some solved issues.
