Установлен степенной закон распределения плотности вероятностей размеров включений графита на плоскости шлифа, показаны возможности параметризации структур чугуна с пластинчатым графитом типа ПГ10; вермикулярным графитом типа ШГ10-ВГ85; шаровидным графитом типа ШГ12. Предложено для классификации структур чугуна использовать показатель a степенного закона распределения плотности вероятностей размеров включений графита в чугуне, принимающий значение 0 < a < 1 и характеризующий оценку риска и аварийности структуры. Природа степенного закона распределения размеров включений графита возникает из-за фрактальности процессов графитизации и структуры графита. Показано, что степенной закон распределения плотности вероятностей размеров включений графита модифицируется в обобщенное распределение Парето, у которого конечны все моменты, что позволяет от функции распределения сечений графита случайной плоскостью перейти к распределению их размеров в объеме. Обобщенное распределение Парето размеров плоских включений графита позволяет вычислить характерный масштаб <d> и структурные параметры a и b графита в чугуне. С помощью структурно-чувствительного параметра b имеется возможность классификации чугунов. Для пластинчатой формы графита b = (0,39-0,56), для шаровидной формы b = (1,05-1,06), для вермикулярного графита b = 0,66. Функция распределения включений графита по диаметрам шаров открывает новые возможности количественного анализа связей «структура - свойства» для прогнозирования и моделирования высокопрочного чугуна с шаровидным графитом.

Abstract K-KARB (Carbon-Carbon) is a graphitized structural graphite fabricated from a graphitized cloth precursor. The layers of graphitized cloth are laminated and bonded together with a graphitic matrix forming a light weight, high strength graphite.
