The aim of this study has been to propose a new method for automatic rectification and stitching of the images taken on the accident site. The proposed method does not require any measurements to be performed on the accident site and thus it is frsjebalaee of measurement errors. The experimental investigation was performed in order to compare the vehicle trajectory estimation according to the yaw marks in the stitched image and the trajectory, reconstructed using the GPS data. The overall mean error of the trajectory reconstruction, produced by the method proposed in this paper was 0.086 m. It was only 0.18% comparing to the whole trajectory length.

In addition to the cascade filtering method, a new method of continuous-flow gel filtration (CFMF gel filtration) without replacing the filter septum has been developed and tested. The results of narrow size fractions separation from water samples with a high content of colloids (cascade filtration and continuous filtration) and the study of their migration with microelements are presented. An experimental investigation of the joint migration of a large number of elements (up to 40-60) and organic matter in continental waters demonstrates the high prospects for the methods to establish stable geochemical associations of trace elements adsorbed on colloids.

Some time since Professor Hofmann showed that phenyl mustard-oil, when acted on by acetic acid under pressure, is converted into phenyl-diacetamide, carbonic anhydride and sulphuretted hydrogen being separated. Bearing this reaction in mind, the question arose as to how the metallic sulphocyanates would behave under similar circumstances; at Professor Hofmann’s suggestion I have submitted this question to an experimental investigation.
