With the development of information technology, more and more people use multimedia conference system to communicate or work across regions. In this article, an ultra-reliable and low-latency solution based on Deep Learning and assisted by Cloud Computing for multimedia conference system, called UCCMCS, is designed and implemented. In UCCMCS, there are two-tiers in its data distribution structure which combines the advantages of cloud computing. And according to the requirements of ultra-reliability and low-latency, a bandwidth optimization model is proposed to improve the transmission efficiency of multimedia data so as to reduce the delay of the system. In order to improve the reliability of data distribution, the help of cloud computing node is used to carry out the retransmission of lost data. the experimental results show UCCMCS could improve the reliability and reduce the latency of the multimedia data distribution in multimedia conference system.

Supporting reliable and secure multimedia streaming service is a challenging task in the environment of wireless Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) where radio signals are prone to security attacks and the quality of media streaming is degraded by signal strength loss and interference. The mobility of mobile devices makes streaming even more difficult as communication links are often broken when the devices move out of the transmission range of their neighbors. This paper proposes a stable multipath routing algorithm and an intelligent secure data distribution scheme for multimedia streaming in MANETs. The multipath Neighbor Stability Routing is able to find more stable and long-lasting paths than traditional ad hoc routing algorithms. The secure data distribution takes historical data-path distribution into consideration and maximally disperses new multimedia data to reduce the possibility of information leakage to unauthorized parties. The authors’ simulation and analysis indicate that the combination of these two mechanisms can provide high quality paths to achieve secure multimedia streaming.

AbstractResults are presented of the user evaluation of an integrated medical workstation for support of clinical research. Twenty-seven users were recruited from medical and scientific staff of the University Hospital Dijkzigt, the Faculty of Medicine of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and from other Dutch medical institutions; and all were given a written, self-contained tutorial. Subsequently, an experiment was done in which six clinical data analysis problems had to be solved and an evaluation form was filled out. The aim of this user evaluation was to obtain insight in the benefits of integration for support of clinical data analysis for clinicians and biomedical researchers. The problems were divided into two sets, with gradually more complex problems. In the first set users were guided in a stepwise fashion to solve the problems. In the second set each stepwise problem had an open counterpart. During the evaluation, the workstation continuously recorded the user’s actions. From these results significant differences became apparent between clinicians and non-clinicians for the correctness (means 54% and 81%, respectively, p = 0.04), completeness (means 64% and 88%, respectively, p = 0.01), and number of problems solved (means 67% and 90%, respectively, p = 0.02). These differences were absent for the stepwise problems. Physicians tend to skip more problems than biomedical researchers. No statistically significant differences were found between users with and without clinical data analysis experience, for correctness (means 74% and 72%, respectively, p = 0.95), and completeness (means 82% and 79%, respectively, p = 0.40). It appeared that various clinical research problems can be solved easily with support of the workstation; the results of this experiment can be used as guidance for the development of the successor of this prototype workstation and serve as a reference for the assessment of next versions.

Information sharing among the associations is a general development in a couple of zones like business headway and exhibiting. As bit of the touchy principles that ought to be kept private may be uncovered and such disclosure of delicate examples may impacts the advantages of the association that have the data. Subsequently the standards which are delicate must be secured before sharing the data. In this paper to give secure information sharing delicate guidelines are bothered first which was found by incessant example tree. Here touchy arrangement of principles are bothered by substitution. This kind of substitution diminishes the hazard and increment the utility of the dataset when contrasted with different techniques. Examination is done on certifiable dataset. Results shows that proposed work is better as appear differently in relation to various past strategies on the introduce of evaluation parameters.
