Image classification is critical and significant research problems in computer vision applications such as facial expression classification, satellite image classification, and plant classification based on images. Here in the paper, the image classification model is applied for identifying the display of daunting pictures on the internet. The proposed model uses Convolution neural network to identify these images and filter them through different blocks of the network, so that it can be classified accurately. The model will work as an extension to the web browser and will work on all websites when activated. The extension will be blurring the images and deactivating the links on web pages. This means that it will scan the entire web page and find all the daunting images present on that page. Then we will blur those images before they are loaded and the children could see them. Keywords— Activation Function, CNN, Images Classification , Optimizers, VGG-19

AbstractMany of the research problems in robot vision involve the detection of keypoints, areas with salient information in the input images and the generation of local descriptors, that encode relevant information for such keypoints. Computer vision solutions have recently relied on Deep Learning techniques, which make extensive use of the computational capabilities available. In autonomous robots, these capabilities are usually limited and, consequently, images cannot be processed adequately. For this reason, some robot vision tasks still benefit from a more classic approach based on keypoint detectors and local descriptors. In 2D images, the use of binary representations for visual tasks has shown that, with lower computational requirements, they can obtain a performance comparable to classic real-value techniques. However, these achievements have not been fully translated to 3D images, where research is mainly focused on real-value approaches. Thus, in this paper, we propose a keypoint detector and local descriptor based on 3D binary patterns. The experimentation demonstrates that our proposal is competitive against state-of-the-art techniques, while its processing can be performed more efficiently.

In this millennium era, Indonesia faced moral crisis within the school or outside the school. They are accustomed to do bad behavior due to spiritual lack. Spiritual crisis happened because they were not given enough lessons about religion. However, teachers must provide good learning materials, so that the students can change their behavior. Even when teachers/lecturers teach English they must include religious knowledge in their teachings. Such as reading moral stories, giving good advices to students, telling about prophet stories, etc. Reading or telling story can affect moral, as the study held by Dr. Kang Lee and Colleagues that was recently published in the article ”Can Classic Moral Stories Promote Honesty in Children”. In that case, the researcher should study “The Influence of Teaching Reading Islamic Narrative Stories Toward Students’ Social Behavior”. There are two research problems in this study. The first, is there any influence of using Reading Islamic Narrative Stories towards Social Behavior in intensive class IV semester IDIA Al-Amien Prenduan? The second, how significance does using Reading Islamic Narrative Stories towards Social Behavior in intensive class semester IV IDIA Al-Amien Prenduan? The research population of this study is the students of the intensive class IV semester IDIA Al-Amien Prenduan, they are 19 students. The main instrument used in this research is test, and the supporting instruments are observation and documentation. The tests were divided into pre-test and post-test. The article discusses the conditions for the emergency receipt of animal from the owner in accordance with Art. 7 sec. 3 of the Act of August 21, 1997 on the protection of animals and indicates the need to enrich them with the premises for excluding criminal liability under Art. 26 § 5 of the Penal Code. The main research problems of the study are the premises of the proper and legal emergency receipt of animal from the owner within the meaning of Art. 7 sec. 3 of the Act, including an indication of when such behaviour is legal and when it is illegal, and a detailed specification of the scope of responsibilities of the person who performs the collection of the animal towards the owner of the received animal. According to Art. 217 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Art. 220 of the Code of Criminal Procedure only law enforcement agencies, including the prosecutor, police officers and other bodies authorized by the law, may search the apartment / land. Authorized representatives of a social organization whose statutory purpose is to protect animals do not have this competence, therefore they are required to cooperate with police officers in the scope of searches. The article shows that in the event of the emergency receipt of animal from the owner in accordance with Art. 7 sec. 3 of the Act, in the absence of Police officers and with the opposition of the owner of the apartment / land, there is no violation of the legal interest of protection of the home if the perpetrator acts in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity and the principle of proportionality underlying Art. 26 § 5 of the Criminal Code.

Fiduciary collateral as a type of collateral gives the rights of executorial to creditors to do parate execution on the object of fiduciary collateral when a debtor defaults. In practice, however, collateral misuses this right by seizing the collateral coercively and illegally. This becomes the basics for Judicial Review agains Article 15, paraghraphs 2 and 3 of Law No. 42/1999 on Fiduciary Collateral on January 6, 2020, and the Constitutional Court issued the Ruling No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 which causes dispute in people. The research problems are whether the Constitutional Court’s Ruling is contrary to the collateral which gives easianess for the execution, how about the implementation of parate execution in the post – the Constituonal Court’s Ruling, and how about the legal consequence of debtor and creditor. The research use descriptive juridicial normative method. The data were gathered by conducting library research. The gathered data were analyzed qualitatively. The result of the analysis shows that Ruling does not impede the right of executing by creditors so that it is in accordance with the executorial right in fiduciary collateral, and creditors can still play their role in doing parate execution hen debitors default, on condition that debtors voluntarily hand in the fiduciary collateral. It may be difficult to do this in the foreclosure sale; therefore, it has to be certain in writing the clauses in the fiduciary contract. In this case, a Notary is required to add a clause about default in the contract and should refer to the Constituonal Court’s Ruling No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 as the legal ground in writing fiduciary collateral contract.

Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is a popular research area with many variations in human behaviour functionalities and interactions. Human beings want speech for communication and Conversations. When the conversation is going on, the information or message of the speech utterances is transferred. It also consists of message which includes speaker’s traits like emotion, his or her physiological characteristics and environmental statistics. There is a tremendous number of signals or records that are complex and encoded, but these can be decoded quickly because of human intelligence. Many academics in the domain of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) are working to automate speech generation and the extraction of speech attributes and meaning. For example, ASR can regulate the usage of voice command and maintain dictation discipline while also recognizing and verifying the speech of the speaker. As a result of accent and nativity traits, the speaker's emotional state can be discerned from the speech. In this Paper, we discussed Speech Production System of Human, Research Problems in Speech Processing, SER system Motivation, Challenges and Objectives of Speech Emotion Recognition, so far the work done on Telugu Speech Emotion Databases and their role thoroughly explained. In this Paper, our own Created Database i.e., (DETL) Database for Emotions in Telugu Language and the software Audacity for creating that database is discussed clearly.

Purpose: To receive the answers to the following research problems: (1) How is the interest of researchers in whistleblowing in health care organizations developing? (2) How do researchers define whistleblowing in health care? (3) What are the main problems (limitations) of whistleblowing in health care organizations? (4) What factors affect whistleblowing in health care organizations? Design/methodology/approach: The method of systematic literature review based on the PRISMA model was used. To identify the factors affecting whistleblowing, McKinsey’s 7S framework was used. Findings: The researchers from the UK definitely dominate, and the papers from Central European countries seem to be invisible. The vast majority of works came from the 2010s. Whistleblowing serves the good and safety of the patient; however, there are staff concerns about the consequences they may face. ‘Style’, ‘staff’ and ‘shared values’ seem to be the most crucial for whistleblowing, and these are factors considered ‘soft’. Research limitations: The access to databases managed by the home University. In future studies, there is a need to take into account other databases, including additional sources of knowledge, like books and grey literature. Originality/implications: Identifying the state and place of research worldwide on whistleblowing in health care, and a proposal of the whistleblowing verification matrix. New definitions of whistleblowing and whistleblowers were proposed. The above may be considered theoretical contribution to science.
