Shape recovery and superelasticity of Ti-50at%Pt and Ti-50at%(Pt, Ir), whose martensitic transformation temperature are above 1273 K, were investigated by thermal expansion measurement in dilatometer and loading-unloading compression test. The shape recovery was found in all compounds in at least one of the testing methods. The highest shape recovery, about 4% was found in Ti-25Pt-25Ir using loading-unloading compression test. On the other hand, superelasticity was found in only ternary compounds. Larger superelasticity was observed in ternary compounds with higher Ir contents. Potential of Ti-50Pt and Ti-50(Pt, Ir) as high-temperature shape memory alloys is discussed.

Through sampling from production enterprise, and testing methods design, the risk of aflatoxin contamination of Camellia oleifera seed was explored. It was proved that the chance of aflatoxin contamination is very small, for mainly processing happened in wintry and spring. After 7 days, 14 and 21 days artificial inoculation, the aflatoxin B1 in the cake was 1.7, 3.6 and 9.9 μg/kg, respectively, while the quality in camellia benevolence was 2.6, 1.8 μg/kg and below the detection limit 0.2 μg/kg. The results explained that Camellia oleifera seed can be untainted by aflatoxin in hot and humid climate conditions. The study answered the question whether the Camellia oleifera seed could be contaminated by aflatoxin, which wa an unresolved problem for a long-term. Also the conclusion was a warning for the safety of storage and production of Camellia oleifera seed in high temperature seasons.

High-temperature electronic devices and sensors that operate in harsh environments, especially high-temperature environments, have attracted widespread attention. An Al2O3 based a-IGZO (amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide) Schottky diode sensor is proposed. The diodes are tested at 21–400 °C, and the design and fabrication process of the Schottky diodes and the testing methods are introduced. Herein, a series of factors influencing diode performance are studied to obtain the relationship between diode ideal factor n, the barrier height ФB, and temperature. The sensitivity of the diode sensors is 0.81 mV/°C, 1.37 mV/°C, and 1.59 mV/°C when the forward current density of the diode is 1 × 10−5 A/cm2, 1 × 10−4 A/cm2, and 1 × 10−3 A/cm2, respectively.
