To recycle the waste heat in the exhaust gas of marine diesel engine, a new drying room heated by marine diesel engine exhaust gas is introduced. The drying room`s structure, working principle and the main design parameters calculating methods is designed. Comparing to the traditional heating methods, this kind of drying room make full use of the heat energy and will acquire huge economic benefits.
