This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand image, and customer perceived value on purchase intentions. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling by purposive sampling using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 146 which valid respondents 142 respondents. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. For operational variables using the Likert scale method of validity used a computer measuring instrument that is SPSS 25.0. The results showed that the brand awareness variable have a significant and positif effect, brand image have a significant and positif effect, customer perceived value have a significant and positif effect on purchase intention. In this case the brand image is the most influences of purchase intention.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the potential mediating effect of perceived value in the relationship between team identification and intent to purchase collegiate team-licensed apparel. Direct effect, partially mediated, and fully mediated models were compared. The respondents were students (N= 110) attending a large university in the southeastern United States. Participants first completed the Team Identification Scale and then viewed a slide depicting an article of licensed merchandise (t-shirt). Participants next completed the Perceived Value and Purchase Intention Scales. Goodness-of-fit statistics indicated that the direct effect model did not fit the data. The partially mediated and the fully mediated models fit equally well; the latter was more parsimonious and thus was chosen for further analysis. Team identification explained 13.2% of the variance in perceived value; perceived value explained 42.6% of the variance in purchase intentions. The findings indicate that team identification alone did not drive the purchase intentions in this study; it is important to take into account the perceived value of the team-licensed merchandise.

The overarching aim of this research is to empirically test the effect of customer experience on customer perceived value and behavioral intentions while assessing the mediating role of customer perceived value. To achieve this aim, we collect data from 338 customers of restaurants in South Korea. The hypotheses intended to achieve this aim are tested using the structural equations modeling technique. The outcome of the research reveals that customer experience positively and significantly affects behavioral intentions. Additionally, customer experience has a significant positive effect on both hedonic and utilitarian value respectively. Hedonic value positively and significantly predicts behavioral intents while utilitarian value is negative but significantly related to behavioral intentions. The study further finds support for a mediating effect of hedonic value on the relationship between customer experience and behavioral intentions. The current study provides managerial and theoretical insights into understanding customer experience management, customer perceived value, and customer behavioral intentions.

Purpose- This study examined the moderating effect of perceived corporate image on the indirect relationship between mobile banking service quality and customer retention via customer perceived value in the Kenyan banking industry Design/Methodology- The study adopted an explanatory research design, employing multistage, simple random and systematic sampling techniques in collecting data from a sample size of 400 consumers of mobile banking services in Kenya using a self-administered questionnaire Findings- The results reveal a significant mediating effect of customer perceived value on the relationship between mobile banking service quality and customer retention. Moreover, the study established that perceived corporate image moderates the relationship between; mobile banking service quality and customer perceived value and mobile banking service quality and customer retention. Finally, perceived corporate image moderates the indirect link between mobile banking service quality and customer retention via customer retention at all levels Practical Implications- These findings underscore the need for the bank’s management and policymakers to develop quality assurance policies and devise value-centered strategies and image-enhancing strategies to enhance customer retention. Originality/Value - The study’s findings bring new critical knowledge concerning the indirect effect of customer perceived value and perceived corporate image on the study variables.

Purpose This study aims to evaluate the process of value co-creation within wellness tourism by constructing a structural equation model of customer interactions with the environment, service employees and other customers relating to customer-perceived value and customer engagement. Design/methodology/approach Questionnaires, including wellness tourists’ customer-environment interaction, customer-service employee interaction, customer-customer interaction, customer-perceived value, customer engagement and demographic background, were developed and distributed at well-known wellness tourism destinations around Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. This study collected 528 valid questionnaires from hot spring resorts, national forest parks, mountain parks and spa wellness facilities located in Guangdong Province, China. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the obtained data. Findings The results reveal that all three types of interactions, which include the customer-environment interaction (CEI), the customer-service employee interaction (CSI) and the customer-customer interaction (CCI), have positive effects on customer-perceived value (CPV) and that CPV positively affects customer engagement (CE). Based on these findings, recommendations for the management of wellness tourism service enterprises are given. Originality/value The causes and effects of CPV in wellness tourism, from the perspective of value co-creation, is a rather unexplored area of study. It contributes not only to knowledge about factors that foster CPV but also to the understanding of connections between CPV and CE.

Purpose The attributes of services can be categorised as service quality and service preference. While studies have addressed the importance of service quality, shippers’ service preference and its relationship to perceived value and purchase intentions remain unexplored. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a causal model in the context of short sea shipping services to investigate the influence of purchase intention through the shipper’s service preference and perceived value. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modelling is applied to assess the empirical strength of the relationships in the proposed model. The model is validated through empirical testing by taking samples from shippers in Taiwan. Findings The results show that service attributes, namely, timing related, pricing related, warehousing, sales, door-to-door, information and advertising, positively affect shippers’ service preference. Service preference significantly affects customer perceived value as well as purchase intentions. Moreover, perceived value strongly affects purchase intentions. Originality/value Matching between the product offered and the diversified customer need is key to the business operation’s success. This study suggests that carriers should position themselves to both self-competence and market values.

This paper aims to examine empirically the mediation role of customer satisfaction between service quality, customer perceived value, corporate social responsibility, and brand loyalty at Lebanese private universities. A survey was administered with 378 respondents. A judgmental sample of university students were selected. The framework was tested through structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality and perceived value influence customer satisfaction while satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between perceived value and brand loyalty. Additionally, corporate social responsibility showed insignificant relationship with customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This study proposed that marketers should focus on service quality, customer perceived value and customer satisfaction for increasing brand loyalty in adopting their strategies at Lebanese private universities.
