This article describes how in developing countries, millions of tons of construction and demolition wastes (CDWs) are lost every year due to lack of knowledge of recycling significance and/or procedures. Despite the high value of CDWs, high percentage of this waste is either dumped illegally or disposed in the landfills. Disposal methods should consider saving natural resources and maintaining the environmental conditions through maximizing the value of CDWs. This article aims at choosing the most sustainable disposal alternative using Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Process, considering several sustainability measure indicators. The research introduces a list containing the most relevant and significant sustainable indicators that affect the selection of alternative for disposal of CDWs. Then, fuzzy TOPSIS technique is applied considering the significant indicators on each alternative to rank and choose the best alternative for disposal of CDWs.

Appropriate airport ground handling service (AGHS) equipment vendor selection (AGHSEVS) can prevent aircraft damage and delays in airlines schedules, and ensure reliable and high-quality ground handling service. Previous research has seldom integrated multi-criteria decision-making techniques with goal programming to solve the AGHSEVS problem. This paper describes a new system evaluation model for AGHSEVS by considering both qualitative and quantitative methods. We compare the fuzzy TOPSIS method based on fuzzy weighted average left and right score methods with multi-choice and multi-aspiration goal programming approach of an AGHS company in Taiwan. These study results can help airport ground handling service company managers make optimal decisions for AGHSEVS problems. We hope the practicability of the comparable model with slight modifications of real situation data can be used in other AGHS companies.

Education in elementary school belongs to holistic education for students. In the education courses, information course being a technology is applied in the rest courses to explore related knowledge automatically for students because they can capture these concerning knowledge of the rest courses through information technology such as Internet or search engine. On the other hand, Internet is full of numerous immoral contents and websites, and immoral things easily mislead students that perform incorrect behaviors. Thus evaluating information course in elementary education will be important and essential. In this paper, we evaluate information course with several feasible alternatives in elementary education by fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (FMCDM) called fuzzy TOPSIS. By fuzzy TOPSIS, an optimal teaching alternative of information course is selected form feasible alternatives.
