Abstract Intelligent building is a safe, comfortable, efficient, energy-saving, convenient and flexible modern building designed and built by organically combining high-tech and architectural art. Building automation control system is an important part of intelligent building, which realizes its own development through the development platform of intelligent building. It can improve the quality of building entities and supporting equipment and the quality of building environment in intelligent building to varying degrees. The building automation system in the intelligent building takes the humanized interface as the emphasis, and takes the combination of mechanical and electrical system, fire control system, access control system and parking management system as the method to create a convenient and comfortable living and working environment for building users. This paper mainly studies the building automation control system of intelligent building, and then describes the content of the building automation control system in intelligent building, and at the same time, carries out in-depth research on related issues, hoping to provide reference for researchers in this field.

OPC has been widely applied to coal mine automation control system as an industry standard of communication between the field control substation and PC in the control system. In this paper, through the analysis and design for the transport system of coal mine belt conveyor, communication between the PC and S7-300 PLC is realized by using OPC technology. This paper gives the configuration scheme of OPC Server and develops the OPC Client program. The actual operation shows that the system is stable, reliable of communication and high of data real-time.

The development of the smart building concept and building automation field is based on the exponential evolution of monitoring and control technologies. Residents of the smart building must interact with the monitoring and control system. A widely used method is specific applications executed on smartphones, tablets, and PCs with Bluetooth connection to the building control system. At this time, smartphones are increasingly used in everyday life for payments, reading newspapers, monitoring activity, and interacting with smart homes. The devices used to build the control system are interconnected through a specific network, one of the most widespread being the Building Automation and Control Network (BACnet) network. Here, we propose the use of the BACnet Application Layer over Bluetooth. We present a proposal of a concept and a practical implementation that can be used to test and validate the operation of the BACnet Application Layer over Bluetooth.
