In the paper the assessment of subjective productivity is presented as a function of indoor environment parameters on the example of students situated in the intelligent building. The volunteers in several different rooms (of various air temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration) filled in the questionnaires and assessed their current productivity. It might be related to both the educational performance and office work of low intensity. The physical parameters were measured with the microclimate high accuracy meter. The data obtained during the measurements of the indoor air parameters were compared with the subjective assessments of the volunteers and conclusions were drawn as to the impact of the working environment on the productivity of room users. The gathered experimental material might be useful for the building managers, so that proper indoor conditions within buildings might be applied that maximize productivity and working performance.

The paper deals with the important element of proper lighting conditions at a workplace. The case study has been focused on the intelligent building “Energis” of Kielce University of Technology, where the experimental tests took place. Several groups of volunteers filled in the questionnaires related to their subjective feelings of lighting conditions in lecture rooms at different seasons. Simultaneously, precise measurements of lighting intensity were carried out. The comparison of the expressions of the room users and the measurements enabled to draw conclusions about the conditions provided in the intelligent building related to lighting. The study provides valuable information of lighting conditions in the modern, intelligent buildings which are more and more common throughout the world and serve various purposes such as office, educational or other public utility buildings.

In order to improve the construction effect of intelligent buildings, this paper combines the BIM digital twin technology to construct the overall structure of the building construction operation and maintenance system driven by the BIM digital twin. Moreover, this paper conducts intelligent simulation of the construction process of the building and combines the construction process of the intelligent building to apply the BIM digital twin technology to the construction management of the intelligent building. In addition, this paper uses BIM to simulate the construction process. After the construction management plan is developed, BIM can be used to simulate the construction, find the problems in the construction, and formulate a reliable construction management plan in time. Through simulation experiment research, it can be known that the intelligent building construction management model based on BIM digital twin proposed in this paper can help the deployment of intelligent building construction process in many aspects and help improve the efficiency of building construction management.

Abstract As an important part of today’s intelligent building engineering, the construction quality of the Internet of Things system automation system largely determines the reliability, security and operation order of the engineering construction. When building the Internet of Things system, the construction personnel must strictly follow the rules and regulations and design scheme, and also strengthen the control and management of field work design, construction material quality, project processes and procedures. Based on the above requirements, combined with the current status of the project, this paper studies and discusses the improvement measures of the construction of intelligent building networking system, hoping to provide reference for the industry [1].
