Many organizations are developing their competencies in logistics and green supply chain management (GSCM) in order to maintain competitiveness. When an organization decides to implement GSCM, the administrators always encounter internal and external risk items or difficulties which they know even they dont know. This study therefore proposes an analytic hierarchy model to help the administrators understand the critical risk factors influence the GSCM system initiation, and an aggregative risk degree is indicated which risk grade they are in. Successful influences can help the enterprise under their competitive advantages to appropriate allocation of resources, to further improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and provide enterprises to choose business strategy of the green supply chain management has reached the goal of corporate operating performance and brand management.

Considering the implications of EU environmental laws such as REACH (registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals) and EuP (directive on eco-design of energy-using products) as well as RoHS (restrictions of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment) Directive, they have been acquired to advance GSCM (green supply chain management) more and more. The aim of this article is to introduce the construction of GSCM system that improves collaborative relationships between an EEE manufacturer and its suppliers. The study is conducted in three steps. Firstly, the four elements, which are necessities to form collaborative relationships between an EEE manufacturer and its suppliers, are described. Secondly, the condition and construction of GSCM system including the four elements is proposed. Finally, we presented the method that the GSCM system is constructed as a practicable tool in the initial stage by a case study held in Shimadzu Corporation.

Partnership is the successful implementation of green supply chain management. Now, supply chain partnership is becoming worse and worse because of the lack of corporate social responsibility (CSR). In order to optimize the supply chain partnership, we study the partner selection from the perspective of corporate social responsibility. We construct a payoff matrix of leading companies and cooperative companies in supply chain, and analyze the game relationship between partner selection of supply chain and fulfilment of corporate social responsibility. Our findings show that partner selection depends on the fulfilment level of corporate social responsibility, and leading companies prefer to cooperate with companies with a high degree of social responsibility in green supply chain. Furthermore, the successful establishment of cooperation can encourage companies to fulfil social responsibility consciously. These findings provide support for green supply chain management in the areas of partner selection, harmonious relationship establishment, and social responsibility fulfillment.
