A magnesia phosphate cement based composite was designed and produced as the construction material of bipolar plate for PEM fuel cells. The optimized formula of the composite was [M/P = 8, W/C = 0.25, G 40%, CF 1%, MW-CNTs 2%, FA replacement 40%].
