Rotor assembly is one of the core components of aero-engine, which basically consists of multistage revolving components. With the influence of parts’ manufacturing errors and practical assembly technology, assembly variations are unavoidable which will cause insecurity and unreliable of the whole engine. Statistical variation solution is a feasible means to analyze assembly precision. When using the three-dimensional variation analysis in rotor assembly, two key issues cannot be well solved, which involve the variation expression (the over-positioning problem of multiple datums) and the variation propagation (revolving characteristic of the rotors). To overcome the deficiency, extended Jacobian matrix and updated torsor equation were derived and unified, which eventually resulted in the improved Jacobian-Torsor model. This model can both provide rotation regulating mechanism by introducing the revolution joint, and characterize the interaction between essential mating features. Multistage rotational optimization of four-stage aero-engine rotors assembly has been performed to demonstrate this solution in statistical way. Results showed that the proposed model was applicable and conducive to precision prediction and analysis in design preliminary stage.

Through analyzing cell direct assembly process requirements and existing hydrogel materials properties, employing the discrete/deposit rapid prototyping technique, developed a cell direct assembly technology adopting the hybrid of gelatin-based hydrogels. The cell assembly technology skillfully combined with the sol/gel transition mechanism about chemical and physical crosslink of gelatin-based hydrogels, in consideration of the main forming factors, through controlling the extruded materials rheological properties and optimizing the forming process, thereby achieved a promising assembling process with high cell survival rate and its corresponding biological viability. The technology can form a predefined three-dimensional structure with certain shape and size, suitable for variety of natural polymer materials (the most similar with extracellular matrix, such as fibrin, sodium alginate, chitosan, hyaluronic acid) with gelatin coupling forming; therefore, it satisfied majority cells needs of choosing the gelatin-based composite hydrogels reasonably. With the limitative extrusion pressure, more than 90% of the cells survived through this process and performed metabolic functions during a long term culture. This technology is a front research of biotechnology manufacturing science, is an important expansion of manufacturing technology.

In this paper, the overall requirements for the design of the drive bridge is analysed, the programme of the structure on the drive axle assembly and component parts is studied. The overall design and programme design on the drive axle assembly is finished; the basic structure of the double reduction final drive and the middle tandem axle is ensured which refers to the structure of the reference model CA1092; The basic components on the drive axle assembly are designed. The calculation of their basic geometric parameters is finished, and the strength of the parts which have greater impact on the overall strength is checked; and the remaining components are designed briefly. The paper gave a briefing on the characteristics of Solidworks 2008 software and virtual assembly technology. Introduces three-dimensional maps of parts which are draw by SolidWorks software and describes drive axle assembly by the form of diagrams.
