Bifacial photovoltaic (PV) module can gain 30% more energy compared to monofacial if a suitable location were chosen. Iraq (a Middle East country) has a variable irradiation level according to its geographic coordinates, thus, the performance of PV systems differs. This paper an array (17 series, 13 parallel) was chosen to produce 100 kWp for an on-grid PV system. It investigates the PV system in three cities in Iraq (Mosul, Baghdad, and Basrah). Effect of albedo factor, high and pitch of the bifacial module on energy yield have been studied using PVsyst (software). It has been found that the effect is less for a pitch greater than 6 m. The energy gained from bifacial and monofacial PV system module in these cities shows that Mosul is the most suitable for installing both PV systems followed by Baghdad and lastly Basrah. However, in Basrah, the bifacial gain is 12% higher in the energy than monofacial as irradiation there is higher than the other locations, especially for elevation above 1.5 m. Moreover, the cost of bifacial array is 7.23% higher than monofacial, but this additional cost is acceptable since the bifacial gain is about 11.3% higher energy compared to the monofacial.

For aircraft which move in the atmosphere, the angle of attack and angle of sideslip cannot be measured precisely. This limits the precision of guidance and control systems, so the flush air data sensing system module with navigation and temperature information is designed for atmosphere parameter calculation. In this work the traditional parameter calculation method is improved, and a new algorithm which combines pressure data, temperature data and navigation data to calculate the atmosphere parameters is proposed. A ground experiment test scheme with a simulated flight environment is designed and the measured data is fitted and filtered to complete the experiments. The flush air data sensing module gets pressure data and temperature data of the atmosphere with sensors, and the measured data is integrated with navigation information to calculate the aircraft parameters of the angle of attack, angle of sideslip, dynamic pressure, static pressure, Mach number and so on. Calculated parameters can be transmitted to guidance and control systems to improve the attitude and trajectory precision for an aircraft. Experimental results show that the software and hardware of the flush air data system module with navigation and temperature information work well, and communication of various devices is normal. The flight status of aircraft can be precisely calculated online, which provides a useful reference for prospective wind tunnel experiments and flight tests.

The dramatic progress of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) has made autodriving technology extensively emphasised. Various models have been developed for the aim of modelling the behaviour of autonomous vehicles and their impacts on traffic, although there is still a lot to be researched about the technology. There are three main features that need to be represented in any car-following model to enable it to model autonomous vehicles: desired time gap, collision avoidance system and sensor detection range. Most available car-following models satisfy the first feature, most of the available car-following models do not satisfy the second feature and only few models satisfy the third feature. Therefore, conclusions from such models must be taken cautiously. Any of these models could be considered for updating to include a collision avoidance-system module, in order to be able to model autonomous vehicles. The Helly model is car-following model that has a simple structure and is sometimes used as the controller for Autonomous Vehicles (AV), but it does not have a collision avoidance concept. In this paper, the Helly model, which is a very commonly used classic car-following model is assessed and examined for possible update for the purpose of using it to model autonomous vehicles more efficiently. This involves assessing the parameters of the model and investigating the possible update of the model to include a collision avoidance-system module. There are two procedures that have been investigated in this paper to assess the Helly model to allow for a more realistic modelling of autonomous vehicles. The first technique is to investigate and assess the values of the parameters of the model. The second procedure is to modify the formula of that model to include a collision avoidance system. The results show that the performance of the modified full-range Auto Cruising Control (FACC) Helly model is superior to the other models in almost all situations and for almost all time-gap settings. Only the Alexandros E. Papacharalampous’s Model (A.E.P.) controller seems to perform slightly better than the (FACC) Helly model. Therefore, it is reasonable to suggest that the (FACC) Helly model be recommended as the most accurate model to use to represent autonomous vehicles in microsimulations, and that it should be further investigated.

Microservice architecture has become the leading design for cloud-native systems. The highly decentralized approach to software development consists of relatively independent services, which provides benefits such as faster deployment cycles, better scalability, and good separation of concerns among services. With this new architecture, one can naturally expect a broad range of advancements and simplifications over legacy systems. However, microservice system design remains challenging, as it is still difficult for engineers to understand the system module boundaries. Thus, understanding and explaining the microservice systems might not be as easy as initially thought. This study aims to classify recently published approaches and techniques to analyze microservice systems. It also looks at the evolutionary perspective of such systems and their analysis. Furthermore, the identified approaches target various challenges and goals, which this study analyzed. Thus, it provides the reader with a roadmap to the discipline, tools, techniques, and open challenges for future work. It provides a guide towards choices when aiming for analyzing cloud-native systems. The results indicate five analytical approaches commonly used in the literature, possibly in combination, towards problems classified into seven categories.

Purpose This paper aims to propose a new assessment system module for handling the comprehensive answers written through the answer interface. Design/methodology/approach The working principle is under three major phases: Preliminary semantic processing: In the pre-processing work, the keywords are extracted for each answer given by the course instructor. In fact, this answer is actually considered as the key to evaluating the answers written by the e-learners. Keyword and semantic processing of e-learners for hierarchical clustering-based ontology construction: For each answer given by each student, the keywords and the semantic information are extracted and clustered (hierarchical clustering) using a new improved rider optimization algorithm known as Rider with Randomized Overtaker Update (RR-OU). Ontology matching evaluation: Once the ontology structures are completed, a new alignment procedure is used to find out the similarity between two different documents. Moreover, the objects defined in this work focuses on “how exactly the matching process is done for evaluating the document.” Finally, the e-learners are classified based on their grades. Findings On observing the outcomes, the proposed model shows less relative mean squared error measure when weights were (0.5, 0, 0.5), and it was 71.78% and 16.92% better than the error values attained for (0, 0.5, 0.5) and (0.5, 0.5, 0). On examining the outcomes, the values of error attained for (1, 0, 0) were found to be lower than the values when weights were (0, 0, 1) and (0, 1, 0). Here, the mean absolute error (MAE) measure for weight (1, 0, 0) was 33.99% and 51.52% better than the MAE value for weights (0, 0, 1) and (0, 1, 0). On analyzing the overall error analysis, the mean absolute percentage error of the implemented RR-OU model was 3.74% and 56.53% better than k-means and collaborative filtering + Onto + sequential pattern mining models, respectively. Originality/value This paper adopts the latest optimization algorithm called RR-OU for proposing a new assessment system module for handling the comprehensive answers written through the answer interface. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first work that uses RR-OU-based optimization for developing a new ontology alignment-based online assessment of e-learners.

Assaults on women are becoming more common, and in cases where she is unable to use her phone to call the police or other members of her family, our proposal will be extremely useful in providing the knowledge about the attacks, and in providing the precise coordinates which point the ladies to nearest police station or the desired people for necessary action. Females were provided the prototype and that is unseeable to people. The apparatus will contain GSM , an Ar-duino, and a GPS (Global Positioning System) module that will provide us with our geographical location. These posi-tion values will be presented on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). At the moment of an emergency, she will be able to touch a button once, and the incident is traced and sent to cops or menage, ensuring that she is safeguarded in a timely manner.
