The low carbon industrial park is the significant carrier of construction of low carbon cities and development of low carbon economy. Construction and development of low carbon industrial park has a significant meaning to realization China's overall low carbon transformation and ecological civilization. This paper elaborates the connotation and features and analyzes the construction background of low carbon industrial park, and also points out the necessity and significance of the construction of low carbon industrial park. Besides, this paper also provides the domestic and overseas construction experiences of low carbon industrial park, and provides some countermeasures and suggestions about the construction and development of low carbon industrial park.

<p>The cold chain logistics of agricultural products is closely related to people’s lives and production. With the development and progress of society and the improvement of people’s income level, the cold chain logistics industry came into being and provided a guarantee for the development of agricultural product transactions. Adopting the PCA and AHP methods, this paper builds up the low-carbon economic development evaluation system on four aspects: resource endowments, level of technology, consumption patterns and stages of development, to evaluate the low-carbon economy on subsystem and comprehensive development prospect. Taking Nanchang city for example, the research conclusion shows that the low-carbon economy of Nanchang enjoys a good momentum of development rising, which conforms to the reality and turns out to be practical. In this context, we propose feasibility countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Nanchangs low-carbon economy at the end of this paper.

In the new historical arena, to develop urban ecological civilization is of great importance to promote the urban comprehensive competence for now and in the future, and remains as a developmental trend of the urban modern civilization. The paper, aiming at the Yangtze River Delta (“YRD”), a place of strategic importance in China’s economy, first puts forward many challenges that the urban ecological civilization construction is exposed to during the rapid economic growth in the process of industrialization, including severe issues in resources and the environment, the extensive economic growth, and the high-carbon lifestyle; later, based on the analysis of the relation between the low-carbon economy and the ecological civilization construction, it suggests to promote the urban ecological civilization construction in cities of YRD and to realize the sustainable development by actively developing the low-carbon economy featured in low energy consumption, low emission, and low pollution.

Low carbon economy is rising at home and abroad as a new development model. Coping with the new situation of financial crisis and low carbon economy, forest product trade draws widespread concern in academic circles. This paper analyses the export trade of forest products by the grey relational analysis, the result shows that the changes of forest products export consistent with the added value of forest products, the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the structure of exports of forest products, transforming export trade of forest products to a low carbon economy.
