This paper studies the reliability evaluation technology of regional energy Internet and represents a reliability evaluation method considering the optimal load reduction strategy. The application scenario of regional Energy Internet with power system as the core is built. The specific form is that multiple Integrated Energy systems are connected to the superior distribution network through the tie line. The reliability evaluation index system of power system and regional energy Internet is introduced. Based on the modelling of components in the regional energy Internet application scenario in this paper, the operation model and two-state Markov model are mainly established for the renewable energy power generation devices, energy coupling devices and energy storage devices in IES. The optimal load reduction models based on load classification are established for the faults of distribution network lines and the faults of IES internal components connected to the distribution network in regional energy Internet respectively. Through the construction of different application scenarios, the load reduction situation under different faults and different component parameters is analysed, and the corresponding reliability index calculation and result analysis are carried out.

Research on reliability of distribution network has very important meaning and function to ensure the quality of power supply. This paper introduces some basic concepts of reliability in distribution network, including distribution network reliability definition, task and index. The classical reliability evaluation method was reviewed, and focused on specific distribution network, an example analysis was given, and specific reliability evaluation indexes were calculated. Finally, the future development of distribution network reliability evaluation was made a simple prospect.

As the urbanization in China accelerates, metropolitan regions are tending to change their spatial expansion mode from traditional satellite city mode to city cluster development strategy. Under this situation, the paper proposes the method and steps of evaluation for urban distribution network in city which takes the city cluster development strategy. The method takes city cluster as the unit of network planning and evaluation, firstly analyze the functional orientation and the land allocation of the target cluster for evaluation, then take other clusters with the similar function in other metropolis by analogy, finally a more instructive evaluation index system and evaluation standard will be obtained. The practical application in the medium voltage distribution network of Mazhai Industry Park in the city of Zhengzhou has proved that the method proposed is able to meet the demand of practical work in distribution network evaluation under new situation.

Based on both at home and abroad energy sustainable development ,enterprise energy evaluation index system research and low carbon economic background, this thesis proposed the strategy thought of full process of energy-saving and emission-reduction, selected DEA evaluation method to achieve efficiency monitoring, followed the application steps of DEA evaluation method and built the evaluation index system for energy-saving and emission-reduction which contained inputs and outputs aspects of 8 items specific indicators. The thesis took Dalian as an example to discuss the running situation of energy-saving and emission-reduction strategy within each year and propose that only we strive to achieve industry upgrade in the future, develop circular economy and control the amount of energy input.

Adaptation evaluation index system is established according to the influences brought by the distributed generations (DGs) interconnected with the distribution network. Evaluation indicators are proposed to reflect the operating conditions of distribution lines, switches and other important devices of distribution network. Combine Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method is used to determine the weights of the evaluation indicators. Whereby obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of distribution equipment adaptation to DGs integration. A study of a practical grid is made in the cases of the DGs centralized integration, decentralized integration, and without DGs. The simulated result shows that a large number of DGs connected with the distribution network would deteriorate a majority of the equipment operating indicators, especially to the indexes related to switches and protection devices. Meanwhile, when a distribution network is connected into the same capacity of DGs, the distribution equipment would show a better adaptation to DGs' decentralized integration.

As an independent power system, the reliability of offshore electric system is closely related to the smooth progress of offshore oil production. There are two major characteristics of this type of power system. One is that it includes a generation system, transmission system, as well as a distribution system, and the other is that the load shedding measures in the event of a fault are different from that of the onshore power grid. Therefore, traditional reliability assessment models and algorithms cannot be used directly. Based on the theory of overall reliability evaluation, a reliability evaluation method suitable for offshore electric systems and the corresponding reliability indicators are proposed in this paper. In state sampling, the overall system sampling is divided into generation system sampling, transmission system sampling, and distribution system sampling based on the hybrid sampling theory. In state assessment, the priority decoupling load shedding model and the cascade fault model are established considering the actual production. At the end of this paper, the power system of an offshore oil platform is taken as an actual example to calculate the reliability index. Based on the failure analysis, relevant measures to improve the reliability of the system are proposed.
