In order to improve the management and control level of bridge construction and understand the real-time dynamics of bridge construction in real time, a set of cloud 3D visualization information management and control system is created based on the Internet platform. In view of the characteristics of high precision and great difficulty in the construction control of corrugated steel webs bridge, a set of construction control and control software based on B/S (browser/server) architecture is developed to help managers know the site structure state more intuitionistic and improve the efficiency of construction control and control. The system deeply integrates the two-dimensional plane information with the three-dimensional entity, and realizes the three-dimensional display of information flow by highly restoring the real bridge construction state in the three-dimensional scene. The results show that the system can assist the management personnel to carry out construction management and improve the engineering efficiency through linear prediction. The system can realize the dynamic demonstration of the long span CSW-PC continuous rigid frame bridge 3D model and the graphical display of the construction measurement and control data and progress information.

Based on the theory of ANN (Artificial Neural Network),The paper raised the method of construction control, and introduced the common forecasting method. According to the characteristic of ANN itself and the complexity of factors which influence the elevation, the paper analysed the influence aspects of ANN. On the promise of bridge construction precision, the paper raised section measure、elasticity model、temperature、delay of construction and cantilever for neural network’s input vector in bridge construction process. With the help of Graphical User Interface, built ANN, made the forecast function in the bridge construction into reality. Introduce the theory of Artificial Neural Network(ANN) into long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge construction control.

Cantilever construction has been commonly used in construction of continuous rigid frame bridge and construction control plays an important role in ensuring the line-type and the forced state. Because of long construction period, it tends to construct across the winter possibly. Considering that the impact of winter intermission on construction control of pre-camber is a problem which the constructors and control staff must pay attention to, this paper takes the impact of winter intermission on construction stage into consideration. The research has guiding significance for the construction of the similar bridge to a certain degree.

Cracks on the Joint Part between Pier and Girder, namely Block NO.0 in the construction process, has become one of the major diseases of continuous rigid-frame bridges. Based on the real construction technology, process and environment of Yuquanxi Bridge, the uneven distribution of stress caused by various factors is precisely analyzed by ANSYS. The shrinkage difference of concrete, the excessive hydration heat, and the sunshine temperature difference is accurately simulated respectively. By comparing the numerical results with actual cracks condition, the results prove that the theoretical analyse is accord with the actual situation, and the real reason of cracks on Block No.0 of Yuquanxi Bridge is uncovered. This study is of great practical value in preventing cracks and improving bridge construction technology.

Aiming to Ronggui Bridge (RGB) on Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Rapid Rail Transit (GZIRRT), long term deformation control of long-span pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge with ballastless track was studied. Comparing with the non-controlled deformation, extend track laying six months later after bridge construction, reserve 48 post-tensioned cables in middle spans and tension 12 external tendons after tracking laying were all effective in decreasing the long term deformation of RGB with individual application. Taking bridge construction and railway service in consideration, applying the foregoing three measures in combination, deformation of RGB 20 years later after track laying was effectively controlled within 12.8mm in the side spans and 21.9mm in the middle spans, which is less than the deformation limitation of bridges with ballastless track. The combined measure has been adopted in the actual construction of RGB.

Over-deflection of beam in continuous rigid frame bridge has become an serious problem in recent years. The reason is complex. Some reseachers think that the bad quality of sectional joints in cantilever construction will cause additional shearing deformation and affect the beam deflection, this idea need to be further studied. In the paper, two three-dimensional models are built up based on a factual bridge, the simulation method of joints is studied, the influence of shearing deformation caused by sectional joints on beam deflection in construction is analysed. The study shows that shearing deformation of sectional joints has influence on deflection in cantilever construction, and it shouldn’t be ignored. This may be important to improve the loading property and renovate the design concept of this kind of bridge.

Liangjiang Great Bridge is the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge with high pier and long-span. It adopts the segmented cantilever construction method. The process of its construction is the key to the construction control simulation analysis. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the bridge construction, finite element method is used to establish the simulation model. Cantilever construction stages and closure stages of bridge are simulated and analyzed. The structure deflection diagrams in the each section construction and the later construction considering the creep and shrinkage of concrete are obtained. The initial camber of each segment is given in the construction. The stress characteristics of key section are analyzed in the construction process. It provides a basis for monitoring and on-site construction of bridge and the reference for similar bridge construction.

A 360 m/10 kA high-temperature superconducting (HTS) cable has been put into demonstration operation on September 26, 2012, which is used to supply to the electrolytic aluminum workshop 10000 A. A real-time measuring and control system for the 10 kA HTS cable is developed and completed. The critical current test and data analysis are finished before the demonstration operation of the 10 kA HTS cable. The parameters of the HTS cable are monitored in demonstration operation. The inlet and outlet temperatures of the HTS cable, which are used to calculate the loss of the HTS cable, are measured accurately.

The existed MCS in ground station is local monitoring and control system , so there must be a man on duty all day long to monitor the whole system . In order to make all the staff of the station get the real time alarm messages of the system , we use a SMS modem and a serial server to realize the SMS alarm system on the basis of existed MCS in the ground station . The program language is Visual C#.Net . Based on the alarm system , the staff not on duty can also get the alarm messages of devices in ground station .
