A conference on “The Infrastructure and Superstructure of the European Market: Implications for the Next Two Decades,” was held in St. Moritz, Switzerland, August 26-28, 1991. Sponsored by the Gruter Institute for Law and Behavioral Research, the planning and the most important intellectual impulses originated with Margaret Gruter.
