Modern machinery design method is the effective means to solve practical engineering technical problem, so it is very necessary to develop modern mechanical design thought and grasp modern mechanical design method. Through the teaching of the modern mechanical design method the students could grasp this method and the basic design means, and has certain solving ability to practical mechanical engineering problems in this method. In this paper we would thoroughly analyze the teaching situation of course group of "modern machinery design method"; and rational plan teaching content of course group, and according to the achievements in scientific research of teachers, develop appropriate teaching courseware and teaching software in teaching.

Traditional agricultural machinery design methods usually go through longer-design cycle and can hardly make good use of existing knowledge and experience. In view of this problem, parametric design theory and knowledge-based engineering were applied to the disc-scoop-type metering device designed to improve the design experience and reuse design knowledge. Through the knowledge-based parametric design method, the design framework model of disc-scoop-type metering device was put forward. The knowledge library on the basis of design rules and characteristic similarity-based case library were created, and disc-scoop-type metering device parametric design system based on knowledge had been developed on the platform of Pro/Engineering. The rapid design for knowledge-driven model of disc-scoop-type metering device was realized. The specific design examples clearly indicated that the establishment of the system considerately improved the quality and efficiency of the design.

In order to improve the coordination between human and agricultural machinery, taking Rosa roxburghii picking machine as an example, a virtual design method based on human-machine-environment system, combined with three-dimensional digital simulation technology and human skeleton biology and other disciplines is proposed. Three-dimensional parametric modeling of Rosa roxburghii picking machine is carried out by using three-dimensional engineering software. In JACK simulation software, a digital human body model is created to analyse the comfort, accessibility and visibility of the operator. The coordination degree of agricultural machinery design in the human-machine-environment system can be judged in advance, and targeted optimization design can be carried out to achieve the purpose of improving the coordination between human and machinery in the human-machine-environment system and reduce the accident rate. This method shortens the research and development cycle of agricultural machinery and provides a reference for humanized design of agricultural machinery design.
