In this article we present research on Slovenian primary school teachers' opinion about the interdisciplinary approach between fine art and science education. With the help of questionnaires, interviews, and analysis of lesson plans, we determined how primary school teachers use this type of interdisciplinary approach, how often and what their views are. We included 138 primary school teachers from every region in Slovenia. It turned out that primary school teachers in Slovenia use an interdisciplinary approach between fine art and science teaching quite often and consider it useful to achieve different aspects of pupils' development. The study revealed that most teachers find it difficult to consider the educational goals of both fields (fine art, science). They often use the connection between the subjects only on an associative level - they only mention the teaching content of one subject quickly and carelessly, without making meaningful connections and without achieving the goals of both subjects. Content taught in this way cannot be considered a cross-curricular approach in the subject sense.

The arrival of the big data era not only provides corresponding technical support for the development of Educational Networking but also promotes the acceleration of Educational Networking. Therefore, this paper puts forward the research on the impact of big data on the development of education network and constructs a Bayesian knowledge tracking model to collect and analyze the behavior data of teachers and learners in network education. The experimental results show that big data technology provides greater development space for Education Networking. Its market scale has reached 502.47 billion yuan in 2021, and there is a trend of continuous growth. At the same time, the increase in the number of users also makes its teaching content richer and teaching methods more diversified and personalized. And, through the analysis of relevant data, learners and teachers can more comprehensively and truly understand their own level, achieve the purpose of accurate assistance to learners and teachers, and help learners and teachers find their own problems and make targeted adjustments. In addition, the campus intelligent management system based on big data technology can achieve the purpose of multipurpose and information management.

In New Zealand, for non-Chinese speaker learners aged 5-12, the Chinese courses provided by the Confucius Institute are usually based on the premise of increasing interest, with the main teaching goal of improving students' oral communication skills and increasing their understanding of Chinese and Asian culture. Therefore, it is an effective way to improve the quality of Chinese teaching by fully considering the students' cultural background and combining modern teaching techniques with traditional teaching content. Guided by N.S. Prabhu's task-based language teaching methods, this chapter uses a case study method to explore how to use the mobile applications and other multimedia technologies to improve the teaching effect of Chinese Pinyin in a New Zealand elementary school.

This chapter shares a protocol for reviewing games and documents the process in which it was used by an educational game design team for evaluating existing games to inform the design and development of new games for early algebra. While the design team has used their own learning games design model to develop several games—all of which included some kind of immersive learning and review activity—there has been no documentation provided on the specific processes used to review games as part of that immersion. Observations offer structured means for assessing existing games in a particular space and are thus valuable to identify how best to pursue the alignment of learning objectives with teaching content and game mechanics in the development of educational games.

Gaming has become a core activity with children and more teachers are using games for teaching content than they did five years ago. Yet, teachers report that they learn about game titles, impact studies, and facilitation techniques through their own initiatives or from other teachers rather than from their teacher education program. This chapter reports on a combined curricular strategy built on game strategy research that asked teacher candidates (n= 125) to discuss news headlines about games, play educational games, review games, and game research, teach others how to play educational games, and construct games. Findings reveal that candidates saw value in using games in K-12 to teach content, were able to develop assessments based on game content at a novice level, and were able to construct games either alone or in small groups. Educators contemplating gaming as an instructional strategy may be interested in the espoused combination strategy to encourage game adoption in K-12 settings.

Abstract Background Around the world, medical schools emergency-created countless e-learning offerings during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide instruction despite the pandemic. The question now is how to capitalize on this momentum of digitization and how to harness the medical e-learning content created for the future. We have analyzed the transition of a pathology course to show what needs to be considered during such a transition. Methods In the summer semester of 2020, the pathology course at the Technical University of Munich was completely converted to an asynchronous online course. This content was adapted in winter 2021 and incorporated into a flipped classroom concept in which research skills were trained at the same time. Results Screencasts and lecture recordings were the most popular asynchronous teaching formats. Students reported developing a higher interest in pathology and research through group work. The amount of content was very challenging for some students. Conclusion Flipped classroom formats are a viable option when using the pre-existing contents. We recommend checking the contents for technical and didactic quality and optimizing them if necessary. Content on research skills can be combined very well with clinical teaching content.

Under the development of the information age, traditional Chinese teaching model of college English reading courses can no longer meet the needs of the times, and needs to be reformed urgently. From the perspective of mobile learning, this paper tries to combine modern educational technology with classroom teaching by using an online English reading learning platform, and explores the construction of a new teaching model. This model tries to form effective teaching supervision and assessment through the combination of online and offline teaching model, in-class and after-class teaching model, as well as real-time and dynamic big data monitoring, which breaks the closed classroom teaching environment, enriches the teaching content and means, complements and improves the teaching method of traditional Chinese college English reading courses. The aim of this study is to enrich teaching content, reform traditional teaching model and construct a new teaching model for English reading courses through the teaching practice of the online English reading platform, and further optimize the use of the platform by collecting and analyzing effective assessment and feedback, so as to make full use of the online reading platform and improve the mobile reading teaching model.

Traditional teaching methods are limited to time and place, and the performance of dance teaching resource management is poor. This paper designs a dance teaching resource management system based on cloud computing. The functional structure of the system includes the core cloud computing teaching and teaching management application. The data management module is used to store the processed data in the data file, and respond to the retrieval request of dance teaching content publishing module and the remote image resource positioning request of multi-media management module. Design user courseware on demand process, using the existing dance teaching resources to learn. The experimental results show that the designed system has good performance, high stability and compatibility, and strong data storage capacity of teaching resources.

Under the background of the new era, it is particularly urgent to reform the teaching content and teaching mode of international settlement in order to meet the needs of talents and cultivate new applied talents of international settlement. Firstly, this paper analyzes the market demand for applied talents in the international settlement, defines the teaching objectives of applied talents training in the international settlement, and explores the main problems existing in the existing teaching mode of international settlement. Secondly, on this basis, this paper constructs the "TCPP" teaching mode of international settlement, and finally puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of "TCPP" so as to effectively improve the teaching effect, meet the needs of the actual business, achieve the training goal of applied talents in colleges and universities, meet the social demand for talents and achieve win-win results for all parties.
