The scenario based e-learning in Electrical Engineering Education Learning (EEEL) was developed by covering the scope and characteristics of all subjects and the competence unit of graduates in the field of pedagogy, professional, social and personality, with url addresed http://jpte-ft-unimed.edu20.org. The scenario incorporates the concept of Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL), by supporting of Information Communication Technology (ICT) to establish the competence of the students, from beginners to become proficient, as the teachers of electrical engineering, and the electrical technicians. Based on the analysis, it obtained the students’ learning motivation, the lecturers’ attitude in teaching, and the students’ learning outcome are tend to be high, and the competence of the students who used the model are better than not use.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities switch of technology such as e-learning. In the Department of Electrical Engineering Education, Universitas Negeri Medan, 80% of electrical lecturers provide multiple choice exams and short answers. The scoring system cannot be performed automatically by a computer. The algorithm used in this study is a Mixed Heuristic algorithm. This algorithm is used because it is an effective way of working for sentences of more than 1 word. And give the results in the form of ranking in the form of similarity proportions. From the process of using a mixed heuristic algorithm, it can be proven that this algorithm can perform keywords on the answer keys and answers of users or students. The algorithm is also able to provide value to a user or student's answers

This research is a software development research that aims to develop learning aids software for hardware subjects based on PHP (Perl Hypertext Preprocessor) in the Computer and Informatics Engineering Study Program, Department of Electrical Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, Makassar University. The design of instructional media is carried out by collecting learning materials then designing the software and the necessary database. The learning media that has been created are then validated by two media experts. The objects in this study were 37 students of class 04 class 2012 Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Department of Electrical Engineering Education Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University, as many as 37 people who program hardware courses in the even semester of the 2012-2013 academic year. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire given to respondents. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the views of PTIK JPTE FT UNM students on the implementation of PHP learning media in the Hardware course are in the good category or equal to 91.89%.
