Rapid development of e-commerce and mobile communication opens a new era of big data. In this article, the authors put big data and e-commerce security together. They construct electronic commerce security system from these aspects: the creation of database, the security of information storage, the mining of information based on big data environment thoroughly. The second-generation product distributed platform- Apache Hadoop which is more popular and instant has been brought in. what's more, this article expounds the structure and working process. On the base of this platform, this article analyses the certainty and security of e-commerce transactions data developed on the condition of big data. It puts forward a construction view that people should guide and monitor the behavior of e-commerce, and improve the security system of electronic commerce on the base of data.

The article’s objective is to review domestic and foreign sources related with big data, in order to determine the potentials for their practical applications at industry level, with emphasis on book publishing. The main components of big data are highlighted, which form the reference model for big data management. An all-purpose model for big data processing is constructed by use of the analyzed information sources. A brief review of Hadoop big data analysis program is carried out. Applications of big data to improve business processes are analyzed with reference to renowned international companies, Internet platforms engaged in electronic commerce, and social networks. A brief review of Ukrainian cases of successful electronic commerce is made. As regards big data applications in book publishing, reference is made to the practices of Jellybooks company. The algorithm of big data collection by use of electronic book is constructed and illustrated. It is concluded that any industry is capable to adapt the successful practices of electronic commerce leaders after leaning them. As far as book publishing is concerned, a well-organized system for on-line data collection will open up opportunities for quick production of statistical information, extension of the range of statistical data, monitoring of the current book publishing performance and prediction of its future developments.

Electronic commerce is playing a more and more important role in today's commercial activities. In this chapter, the authors propose a kind of new electronic commerce architecture in the cloud and give two kinds of new electronic commerce models. This chapter opens the discussion of why we need to design a new architecture in the cloud environment. Firstly, the authors have a discussion about the semantic++ computing. After the discussion, they give the architecture that can satisfy the requirements in the cloud. This architecture mainly includes five technologies, which are the massive EC data storage technology in the cloud, the massive EC data processing technology in the cloud, the EC security management technology in the cloud, OLAP technology for EC in the cloud, and active EC technology in the cloud. Then, the authors propose two kinds of semantic++ electronic commerce models based on big data. These two models are the new electronic commerce models. The first model is semantic++ electronic commerce Q/A (Questions/Answers) model and another is the active semantic++ electronic commerce model. These two models are all based on big data. Finally, the authors conclude this chapter and give future work.
