Abstract When developing decision support systems in agriculture, the task often arises of creating applications that include a large number of different components. These components can have dependencies on each other, so you need to load them in the correct order. This boils down to solving the classic topological sorting problem. However, in addition to the purely algorithmic part, the loader must correctly interact with the environment, which poses a large number of other technology-specific tasks for its developer. These are the tasks of obtaining and storing information about dependencies, ensuring that components are loaded in the user interface thread where necessary, as well as ensuring the most responsive program behavior so that loading an application does not annoy the user, as well as ensuring the extensibility of the decision support system without recompiling. This work is devoted to the description of the solution of these problems in the RW.Ring platform based on the .NET technological stack and intended for the development of such software systems.

The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations. The expected results in this study can obtain maximum decisions. Keywords: Journalist Acceptance, Decision Support System, VIKOR

Introduction: Primary immunodeficiency diseases (PID) are generally rare genetic disorders affecting the immune system. Overlapping PIDs symptoms and signs is a challenge to diagnosis and treatment. On the other hand, remembering of all diagnosis criteria is difficult for practitioners. The purpose of this research is developing guideline-based clinical decision support system for diagnosis of primary immune deficiency diseases, to assist practitioner in order to diagnose of disease in early stage and to minimize complications of such diseases.Material and Methods: To provide data a checklist was used and most important demographic information, symptoms, family history, physical findings and laboratory findings to diagnose eight common PIDs extracted from guidelines and literature under specialists opinion. The diagnosis inference model design and develop in Protégé (version 3.4.8) frame based ontology modeling using "Noy and McGuinness" method. Then the mobile based inference model in Eclipse (SDK version 3.7.1) software has been developed and clinical decision support system of primary immunodeficiency has been created. Results:  To design the diagnosis inference model in Protégé software, data were classified in 5 main classes and 24 subclasses as hierarchical. Then, specific properties of each class, and determine the value of each property. Then define Instances of each class and initialized instance properties. Then use this model to develop CDSS based on mobile in Eclipse software. At the end, the inference model and the CDSS test with 110 patient’s record data and both of them recognized all 110 patient correctly such as specialist recognition.Conclusion:Guideline-based decision support systems help to detect diseases correctly, quickly and early. Guideline-based decision support systems are very reliable to practitioner, because guidelines are accepted to their. These systems reduce the forget probability of diagnosis stages and percentage error of diagnosis by practitioner and increase the accuracy of diagnosis.

Computer tools are analyzed for implementing an adaptive decision support system; It is shown that controlled servers are used as the main service elements, and requests are used as the main information processing tools. The objective function of the adaptive decision support system is formulated, aimed at maximizing the number of requests processed per unit time under various changing external and internal influences. The methodology for calculating the parameters of the studied system is based on the proposed mathematical model.

Most infrastructure project developments are complex in nature, particularly in the planning phase. During this stage, many vague alternatives are tabled - from the strategic to operational level. Human judgement and decision making are characterised by biases, errors and the use of heuristics. These factors are intangible and hard to measure because they are subjective and qualitative in nature. The problem with human judgement becomes more complex when a group of people are involved. The variety of different stakeholders may cause conflict due to differences in personal judgements. Hence, the available alternatives increase the complexities of the decision making process. Therefore, it is desirable to find ways of enhancing the efficiency of decision making to avoid misunderstandings and conflict within organisations. As a result, numerous attempts have been made to solve problems in this area by leveraging technologies such as decision support systems. However, most construction project management decision support systems only concentrate on model development and neglect fundamentals of computing such as requirement engineering, data communication, data management and human centred computing. Thus, decision support systems are complicated and are less efficient in supporting the decision making of project team members. It is desirable for decision support systems to be simpler, to provide a better collaborative platform, to allow for efficient data manipulation, and to adequately reflect user needs. In this chapter, a framework for a more desirable decision support system environment is presented. Some key issues related to decision support system implementation are also described.

Information technology playing a prominent role in the field of medical by incorporating the clinical decision support system (CDSS) in their routine practices. CDSS is a computer based interactive program to assist the physician to make the right decision at right time. Nowadays, clinical decision support systems are a dynamic research area in the field of computers, but the lack of understanding, as well as functions of the system, make adoption slow by physicians and patients. The literature review of this article focuses on the overview of legacy CDSS, the kind of methodologies and classifiers employed to prepare such a decision support system using a non-technical approach to the physician and the strategy-makers. This article provides understanding of the clinical decision support along with the gateway to physician, and to policy-makers to develop and deploy decision support systems as a healthcare service to make the quick, agile and right decision. Future directions to handle the uncertainties along with the challenges of clinical decision support systems are also enlightened in this study.

Decision support systems mean interactive computer systems, which assist to decision making subjects to utilize both data and models to solve non-structured issues. These systems were established mainly on the basis of a risk analysis, utilizing the experience/skills, conclusion making and intuition, enabling very fast and flexible analysis with a good response, enabling the application of manager intuition and judgment this way. However, such decisions are often based on uncertain information. This fact requires the establishment of other decision support models.
