Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Safety Culture in Coal Mining Enterprises

Evaluating safety culture of coal mining enterprises can promote effectively their safety management. This paper introduces an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model specially designed for the safety culture evaluation of coal mining enterprises. Evaluation index system which is comprised of 4 first-layer indexes and 15 second-layer indexes is established based on ANP, and then the weights of indexes are calculated by Super Decisions software. The FCE model for safety culture of coal mining enterprises is built to assess accurately the safety culture of coal mining enterprise S based on the indexes system. The evaluation results indicate that the evaluative value of enterprises S is “71.979”, which stays in the “generally good” level. Thus, enterprises S should implement timely rectification measures to reach the “better” or “very good” level. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a practical and efficient way to assess safety culture of coal mining enterprises.

With the vigorous development of the our country higher education enterprise, the demand of materials and equipments also increased year by year in university, so the supplier selection is particularly important. In this paper, we select four prominent influence factors to establish a supplier evaluation index system, and then present a multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation decision model to select the supplier in the college materials procurement. Further, we highlight the implementation, availability, and feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model using a procurement decision example.

In order to evaluate a RMS roundly and objectively, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a hierarchical and comprehensive evaluation index system for RMSs is extracted. Then, based on this structure, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is developed, in which AHP is incorporated to determine factor weights.

Through designing the evaluation index system, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the college classroom teaching quality is constructed based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics in this paper. The empirical results show that the model is an effective assessment to evaluate the quality of college classroom teaching and has good scientificity and practicality.

The paper discusses the definition of interval number and basic algorithm. It also described the problem of interval ranking and introduced interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The model is more suitable for evaluation of many factors, weight distribution than the uniform case.Interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to judge the field of driver traffic safety behavior. According to literature reviews to establish the evaluation index system and set .Then determine the weight of different factors and required basic data by the expert scoring. Finally, the results of the evaluation model is excellent.The application examples explain that the method can effectively reduce the loss of information which with good results.

In order to quantitatively evaluate the clean degree of coal resources, the evaluation model and the evaluation system are constructed based on multi-factor and multi-hierarchy evaluation index. Two first-tier indexes, five second-tier indexes and sixteen third-tier indexes are adopted according to the content of harmful elements in coal and their toxicity to establish the evaluation index system. The adopted indexes are quantized using statistical mathematical method, and their weights are obtained utilizing the AHP method. Applying the fuzzy mathematics theory, the multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, which is a good basement for further conducting the clean degree evaluation of coal resources.

To effectively evaluate the safety of houses and buildings, and its owners, users and managers in the usage and management of the process to provide guidance, establish the detailed impact of the third-level buildings safety evaluation index system. Based on the fuzzy theory, used AHP to determine the weight of each index and establish a housing building security fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Use this model to execute the security of a middle school as an example and the results shows that the evaluation method is feasible, scientific and reasonable.

This paper mainly studies the application of intelligent lighting control system in different sports events in large sports competition venues. We take the Xiantao Stadium, a large­scale sports competition venue in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province as an example, to study its intelligent lighting control system. In this paper, the PID (proportion – integral – derivative) incremental control model and the Karatsuba multiplication model are used, and the intelligent lighting control system is designed and implemented by multi­level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the paper evaluates the actual effect of the intelligent lighting control system. The research shows that the intelligent lighting control system designed in this paper can accurately control the lighting of different sports in large stadiums. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the planning and design of large­scale sports competition venues.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.
