The article is devoted to the issues of planning and budgeting of mining enterprises. External conditions (mining and geological, mining engineering, weather) have a significant impact on the volume of production of finished products and the amount of conditionally variable expenses of a mining enterprise. A different combination of these conditions during a calendar year leads to a change in the volume of production of finished products per unit of time, which creates uncertainty and complicates the planning and budgeting process. The paper proposes a method for calculating the planned volume of production of finished products, taking into account various external conditions, the limitations (limits) that should be taken into account when calculating the volume of production are disclosed. The methodology is developed taking into account the peculiarities of the technological process of production of finished products (fractional crushed stone) of a mining enterprise. Methodological tools of the research: analysis of statistical data on the industry and individual mining enterprises, analysis of the practical activities of mining enterprises. The factors that have a significant impact on the volume of production of finished products in the mining industry are considered. A three-factor multiplicative model is constructed that allows taking into account the influence of mining, geological, mining and weather conditions on the volume of production of finished products of a mining enterprise.

Abstract The article presents the results of determining the efficiency of removing heavy metals from industrial wastewater by the sorption method using the “charge”, which is a waste of a coal mining enterprise, as well as activated carbon. Also, in addition to experimental data, the research material contains photographic materials of the sorbent surface and the result of its X-ray spectroscopy.

Introduction. The proximity of mining enterprises to settlements contributes to the pollution of the soil cover with heavy metals. Crops grown in garden plots accumulate chemical elements and are an intermediate link in the “soil - plant - human” chain. Purpose of the work. Assessment of the level of anthropogenic load on the territory adjacent to the mining enterprise, based on the study of the translocation of metals in the soil - plant system. Materials and methods. For the purpose of hygienic assessment of the chemical composition of the soil and vegetable products grown on it, the content of 7 microelements was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. With the help of the coefficient of concentration of a chemical substance (Kc) and the total indicator of pollution (Zc), the level of chemical contamination of soils was determined. Using the total coefficient of anthropogenic load (Ka.n. = ∑Ci/PDUi), the territory was ranked according to the contamination of vegetables with toxic elements. The rate of accumulation of metals by vegetable crops was assessed by the coefficient of biological absorption (Ax) and the index of biochemical activity of the species (BAS). Results. The soil cover in the district is contaminated with a complex of metals, the content of gross forms of which exceeds the MPC by up to 1.9 times, mobile - up to 4.6 times. At a distance of up to 5 km around the mining enterprise, the maximum indicators of the total soil pollution (Zc = 44-65) have been established. Lead and zinc are elements of “biological accumulation” for all types of studied vegetable products grown in the zone of influence of the mining enterprise; cadmium is additionally concentrated in beets and carrots, and nickel in carrots. In vegetable samples, exceeding the permissible levels of cadmium and lead was noted. The most significant accumulation of heavy metals was found in the southern, southeastern, northern and northwestern directions from emissions. Conclusion. To eliminate the toxic effects of heavy metals in vegetables produced in the zone of influence of mining enterprises, it is recommended to include additional monitoring of nickel and zinc content in the social and hygienic monitoring system.

Abstract The article discusses the issues related with a digital platform for distributed energy resources in the framework of mining enterprises. The paper examines the directions of sustainable development of the infrastructure of a mining enterprise, among which it is necessary to highlight the use of digital twins, taking into account the relationship of technological processes with the processes of transport of electrical energy, the development of small generation and the use of renewable energy sources. The authors proposed a two-level architecture of a coal mine control system, the implementation of which is possible with the introduction of IoT devices. It includes the EDGE layer and the Cloud / on-premise layer, which implement the corresponding functions. In the future, such a control system will make it possible to implement the concept of unmanned mining with the effective use of machine learning methods. In conclusion, it was noted that it is important to ensure the synergy of the developed platform solutions in the electric power industry and the mining industry to reduce the total costs of creating digital mining enterprises and step-by-step implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept.

The importance of production planning for improving the performance indicators of a mining enterprise is indicated. The possibility of simulation modeling using for this aim is shown. It is shown that the created model has a large number of stochastic parameters. It is investigated that there is a problem of research lack about the choice influence of the mining modeling results with different statistical distributions. It is known that with an increase in stochastic deviations from the initial parameters, the productivity of queuing systems decreases. Purpose of work is to study this influence with four statistical distributions of a random quantity (uniform, normal, negative bi-nomial and Poisson distribution) for individual operations and their combinations. In addition, it is necessary to determine how much a change in one particular parameter will affect the overall result of the modeling. Materials and methods. In the previously created simulation model, a stochastic delay is added to the time of individual operations. The addition of such a delay with different sta-tistical distributions and with the same mathematical expectation is investigated. The simulation re-sults are compared with each other, for each individual operation the absolute and relative devia-tion of the results is shown. Further, a similar simulation is performed when all the simultaneously selected parameters changing. Result. It is shown that the magnitude of the deviation significantly differs among all deviations. It is shown that for various single changes in operations, the largest and smal-lest deviations can be given by different statistical distributions. To study the joint change with all parameters, 3 modeling scenarios are implemented: all uniform distributions (this case is used now), the scenario with the smallest deviation and the scenario with the largest deviation. It is shown that switching to another scenario leads to a significant change in the simulation. Conclusion. It is con-cluded that the used significant influence of statistical distributions choice to the accuracy of model-ing the operation of the mining machine is shown, especially when they are taken into account to-gether. The results can be used to clarify the influence of individual factors in the simulation model and improve the planning of potash mining operations, for individual mining machines too.
