With the improvement of information level, the information attack will cross the boundary of power grid information space and cause the disturbance of power grid physical system, which will form a cross-space chain fault and affect the safe operation of power grid. Based on this, this paper proposes a distribution network node risk assessment method based on information physical fusion. Firstly, the overall structure of the distribution network and the information physical coupling characteristics of the information physical fusion are studied. Then, the cross-space chain failure scenario of distribution network with information physical fusion is analyzed. Based on this, the risk assessment method is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a numerical example.

A quantitative risk assessment method of primary equipments based on power grid safety analysis is presented in this paper, and the risk assessment model of power grid primary equipments is established. On the basis of the calculated losses caused by various faults of N-1 and N-2 under the normal operation mode and the equipment maintenance mode, whether an equipment needs to be maintained is determined by comparing the size of the possible losses in two operation modes of a power grid. Then, the purpose of guiding the condition based maintenance of the power grid primary equipments is achieved. Finally, the presented risk assessment model of power grid primary equipments is applied to a certain practical power system.

A set of blackout risk assessment indexes is established according to Electricity Accident (Incident) Investigation Procedures of China Southern Power Grid (CSPG) (pilot) and Guide on Operational Risk Evaluation of CSPG, which can calculate risk values of electricity accidents (incidents). The calculation process is discussed in detail. Based on the proposed indexes and OPA blackout model, a blackout risk assessment method for power system is put forward, with which blackout risk for all 500kV buses in Guangdong Power Grid are evaluated. Weak areas in power system are identified and their inducements are analyzed. The identification results accord with actual system long-term operation experience, which verifies the correctness of the indexes and method.
