The research inspired by modification DSLR camera become False Color Photography effect. False Color Photography is a technique to give results like near-infrared. Infrared photography engages capturing invisible light to produces a striking image. The objective of this research to know the effect by change a digital single-lens reflex (D-SLR) camera to be false color. The assumption adds a filter and make minor adjustments or can modify the camera permanently by removing the hot mirror. This experiment confirms change usual hot mirror to Hoya UV&IR Cut Filter in front of sensor CMOS. The result is false color effect using feature Auto White Balance such as the color of object photography change into reddish, purplish, old effect, in a pint of fact the skin of model object seems to be smoother according to White Balance level. The implication this study to get more various effect in photography.

We have recently established the existence of two structural states of the Z band lattice in cross section in cardiac as well as in skeletal muscle. The two structural states are related to the contractile state of the muscle. In skeletal muscle at rest, the Z band is in the small square (ss) lattice form, but tetanized muscle exhibits the basket weave (bw) form. In contrast, unstimu- lated cardiac muscle exhibits the bw form, but cardiac muscles exposed to EGTA show the ss form.We have used two-dimensional computer enhancement techniques on digitized electron micrographs to compare each lattice form as it appears in both cardiac and skeletal muscle. Both real space averaging and fourier filtering methods were used. Enhanced images were displayed as grey-scale projections, as contour maps, and in false color.There is only a slight difference between the lattices produced by the two different enhancement techniques. Thus the information presented in these images is not likely to be an artifact of the enhancement algorithm.

Приведены данные двухлетнего исследования по поиску эффективных препаратов для обеззараживания семян капусты от сосудистого бактериоза. Наилучший результат был получен при предпосевной обработке 0,15%-ной надуксусной кислотой. При этом биологическая эффективность составляла 94,1–97,6%, что значительно превышало соответствующий показатель в эталонном варианте – Фитолавин, ВРК, 0,2% (69,0–72,0%). Показано, что заблаговременная обработка семян НУК (за 550 суток до посева) не оказывала достоверного влияния на их лабораторную всхожесть.Presented data are the result of a two-year study aimed at identifying effective preparations for the disinfection of cabbage seeds from black rot. The best result was obtained by presowing treatment with 0.15% peracetic acid. In this case, the biological efficiency was 94.1–97.6%, which significantly exceeded the corresponding indicator in the reference variant – Phytolavin, VRK, 0.2% (69.0–72.0%). The study has not revealed any significant effect of advance treatment of seeds with peracetic acid (550 days before sowing) on their laboratory germination.
