Heart failure (HF) is characterised by non-specific symptoms and unremarkable physical examination; therefore, the need exists for an available objective marker of HF status. Natriuretic peptides (NPs) are a marker that can aid the dilemmas in present-day HF management. More effective screening for clinical deterioration would include changes in brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels. Normal values for BNP, <50–100 pg/ml, have excellent negative predictive value (NPV) in excluding HF as a diagnosis. BNP values that are significantly elevated, e.g. >500 pg/ml, make the diagnosis of HF more likely. There are now established and emerging uses for NPs in managing HF in the community. These include the role of NPs at the time of possible new presentation of HF, its role in prognostication and, finally, the increasing interest in using NPs to guide therapy in the outpatient setting.

Multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging with VI-RADS is a newly discussed method of diagnosing bladder cancer. There are more studies suggesting implementation of mpMRI with VI-RADS to the modern scheme of treating bladder cancer. It requires much more observation and trials to give a final recommendations. The aim of the summary is to present VI-RADS scale and possibilities that appear with the method. Many studies, that were made by departments of urology or radiology, showed promising results. Background: estimation of bladder cancer depends on proper tumor staging, grading and assessment of its biological potential. It is provided by a multimodal approach using clinical, histopathological and radiological methods. Development of MRI provides the best imaging technique for locoregional staging in several other tumors. Lately it was adjusted in BCa preoperative evaluation leading to significant improvement in differentiating patients with NMIBCs and MIBCs. Objective: this article aims to approximate the fundamentals of MRI in BCa and to provide an overview of the available data on the role of VI-RADS score in the diagnostic pathway of bladder cancer.

Abstract Purpose to assess the role of the role of MR defecography in assessment of pelvic floor failure . Methods and Material Thirty-six patients (twenty-seven female and nine male) with female and male patients, complaining of stress urinary incontinence, constipation, fecal incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse. Results MRI revealed 18 cystocele (50%), compared to physical examination 2 cases(5.6%),MRI revealed 28 rectocele ( 77.8%) compared to physical examination that showed 13 (36.1%) , MRI revealed 10 uterine descent (40.7%), compared to physical examination 6 (22.2%) I, MRI revealed 7 enterocele (19.4%) compared to physical examination that was negative. MRI revealed level I/II facial defect in and level III facial defect in, 19 cases of Intussusception (52.8%), urethral hypermobility in 14 (38.9%), sphincteric defect 7 (19.4%), levator angle weakness in 30 cases (83.3%), iliococcygeaus muscle tear in 5 cases (13.9%), puborectalis tear in 3 cases (8.3%),anorectal decent in 26 cases (72.2%), genital hiatus width in 23 (63.9%) Conclusion Dynamic MR imaging is a necessary tool in the diagnosis of multicompartment pelvic organ prolapse and it provides good concordance with clinical examination
