Interpretation of Aesthetics Landscape Design Under the Literary Artistic Conception of “Daguanyuan”

In order to find a way to create the artistic conception of modern landscape space, the spatial analysis of Daguanyuan is carried out from the perspective of literature in order to find out the method of creating the artistic conception of modern landscape space. Adopting the method of general to special, from theory to practice, the argument with special significance is analyzed from the most common phenomena, and this argument is applied to the method of practical cases. The results show that Daguanyuan space in literature needs the audience's ability to understand words, the perception of space in film and television needs the audience's strong memory and imaginative thinking, while the perception of Daguanyuan space in garden art needs only basic discrimination ability. After analyzing the effect of Daguanyuan space construction from the literary perspective, it is believed that the writing techniques of starting point - development - climax - ending, wanting to carry forward first and restraining first, and reserving foreshadows in literature can be used for reference in modern landscape design.

Modern landscape design is in a multi-culture era when many disciplines and many aspects are interwoven. Modern landscape is some kind of similar to traditional landscape design, but is also different to it in some aspect. Chinese traditional garden design is really profound, and its garden making ideology is more based on building the beauty of artistic conception to win praise. This paper takes global urbanization background as the starting point, and from the five perspectives of city, behavior, ecology, art and building, the paper try to explain the essence and culture connotation of traditional landscaping idea with real examples. This paper aims to conclude and summarize new craft and new technology, to inherit and promote traditional landscape characteristics, so that the traditional landscape could meet the need of urban landscape designing and developing.

In order to find a way to combine traditional culture with modern living needs, taking “Chinese painting” as the breakthrough point, through the study of the development process and artistic characteristics of Chinese painting, four aspects of classical philosophy, natural landscape image, brush and ink composition artistic conception, and abstract aesthetic conception contained in Chinese painting are summed up. The results of the study provide enlightenment for contemporary residential landscape design, and summarize the methods of creating Chinese paintings in residential landscape design. Thus, a residential landscape model with the characteristics of “Chinese painting” is found out.

Chinese concept of landscape design originates from Chinese traditional culture, which is based on the basic framework integrating Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism and embodied in the design of many classic ancient landscapes. However, spiritual culture is seriously missing in Chinese modern landscape construction, which affects landscape design and shaping. It is urgent to restore spiritual culture in modern landscape design. The development of landscape design shall give more priority to the harmony of human, culture and the nature, and emphasize Chinese spiritual culture in modern landscape design. Only those landscape designs that embody the connotation of Chinese spiritual culture can have real vitality, and only those designs that embody the features of Chinese spiritual culture can actually give people spiritual comfort and a sense of belonging. Giving priority to creating and presenting spiritual culture and images of Chinese landscape and seeking for landscape designs that present Chinese features is the path for innovative development of Chinese landscape design.

As an area of academic study, engineering ethics focuses primarily on practical ethical issues. A primary aim of the study of practical ethics is to help students make good ethical decisions in whatever practical endeavors they may undertake, including in their chosen careers. The authors argue that reflection on the sorts of ethical problems that arise in engineering practice should be the starting point, with ethical theory coming into view primarily in this context. This is in contrast to a more “top-down” approach that tries to “apply” theory to practice only after laying out a spectrum of philosophically grounded theories, each of which attempts to give us a comprehensive picture of ethics, as such.

Abstract Taking as a starting point the recent surge in film and television narratives constructed around and by surveillance technologies, as a metaphor of an omnipotent observation and dystopian motif in narrating a political and cultural change, this article aims to probe how surveillance movies suggest complex phenomenological dynamics in the relationships between body and device. While recent contributions on surveillance films (Kammerer 2004) focus on the practice of body control as a narrative mode, as an image and a show (Léfait 2013; Zimmer 2015), recent sociological contributions on surveillance recognize the destruction and annihilation of body placed under the aegis of the Great Eye (Haggerty 2011; Murakami Wood 2011). This article examines Costanza Quatriglio's film 87 ore: Gli ultimi giorni di Francesco Mastrogiovanni (2015) to describe the transition from bodies as narrative object to de-naturalizing the human body. The film narrates the night of 4 August 2009 when Mastrogiovanni, a 58-year-old primary school teacher, dies after 87 hours of agony following imprisonment. The film, in the canon of 'reality cinema', consists of 75 minutes of mechanical images recorded from above.
