This paper is concerned with the non-fragile decentralized controller design problem for uncertain singular large-scale system with time-delay. Sufficient condition for the controller is expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). When this condition is feasible, the desired controller can be obtained with additive gain perturbations and multiplicative gain perturbations. Finally, a numerical example is also given to illustrate the effectiveness.

The problem of non-fragile memoryless controller design for a class of uncertain nonlinear stochastic system with time-delay is considered. Based on Lyapunov candidate and the stochastic Lyapunov stability theory, the sufficient conditions making the closed-loop system robust stable are given and de-rived. All results are given by the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI) method. Numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the controller designed.

Multivariable system with time delay and coupling widely exist in industrial which may destroy the normal work of control system. An unconventional internal model controller design method will be introduced in this paper. The closed loop system can be decouple by calculate the inverse of transfer function matrix and the optimal diagonal decomposition matrix. Finally, this method was applied in a multivariable system with different time delays, the simulation results can show the effectiveness of this method.
