This paper introduces the hydraulic control system design for the change-wheel garage of Chongqing light rails through analysis of three-stage cylinder synchronization circuit for lifting bodies, and optimizing the design of the slewing mechanism with respect to the hydraulic servo control system of digital cylinder. The results improved the smoothness in the process of changing wheel lifting and the rotary accuracy of the rotary mechanism. Design on the PLC control system of the system is also included as part of this paper.

This paper describes an algebraic method of control system design using the system characteristic equation and the Routh array. This technique does not require finding roots of the characteristic equation and therefore is suitable for pencil and paper analysis. In addition, since no graphical steps are required, large system trade-off studies can be easily programmed for digital computer optimization. The method is based on the idea of validating a simple response approximation formed by truncating the characteristic equation. This validation is performed by placing a constraint on the ratio between the integrated square of the system impulse response and the corresponding integral of the approximation. The values of these integrals are obtained quite easily from the Routh array. Additional ratios and a generalized damping ratio are also defined. The design of a hydraulic control system is presented as an example problem illustrating the use of this method.

This paper introduces the working principle of XYZM Plate-and-frame Filter Press, illustrates the working process of the hydraulic control system by combining circuit and hydraulic principle diagram, and then gives out the checking analysis and the failure analysis on the hydraulic system. The application results show that our hydraulic control system can not only complete the automatic control well for the plate-and-frame filter press, but also keep the pressure stable and controllable, which improves the productivity and the system effectiveness.

As an important section in powertrain system, the clutch control strategy directly impacted vehicle ride comfort. In this paper, the design scheme of electro hydraulic control system was composed and simulation analysis was conducted by AMESim software. The system parameters were optimized according to genetic algorithm. Series progress of control system design, analyzation and optimization were completely demonstrated.
