With the development of the hospital information construction, there are the continued implementations of virtualization technology in a variety of business applications, which can integrate and deploy these resources, and improve equipment utilization. In this paper, we analyze the problems existed in traditional hospital data center architecture, proposes the construction of new hospital data center using virtualization technology from the aspects of virtualization framework, server resources integration, network configuration optimization, etc. Server virtualization integration could save resources, improve server utilization ratio, simplify the hardware maintenance and upgrades, reduce operating costs and improve maintenance efficiency. We have introduced the experiences of Virtual Technology using in the hospital data center storage, the core server, integration system, network application and remote access applications, server and database platform as well as the application effects, which make a useful exploration for the building and the development of digital hospital.

  The adaptation and innovation of the healthcare business strategy during the pandemic and new normal is needed now, for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which are engaged in Internet Service Providers (ISP) especially in running their business in pandemic also face the future challenging. This study aims to prove that virtualization technology planning, virtualization technology adaptability, and server consolidation services have a positive effect on healthcare management and business, such as operational costs with an impact on more efficient of healthcare small and medium enterprises (SMEs) Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Indonesia. The data were taken from distributing questionnaires to 77 company representative respondents with the positions of IT Manager, IT Supervisor, and CIO. Data were analyzed by SEM using Smart PLS. The results of the research obtained prove that the operational cost effectiveness of Data Center management is influenced by planning, adaptability, and application of virtualization technology for 5.0. SMES ISPs in Indonesia healthcare sector need to pay attention to new result of planning, adaptability, and implementation of server consolidation services as a determinant of operational and cost effectiveness related to business objectives and management in managing a Data Center in the pandemic, new normal and future challenges.

Virtualization is a technology lately much discussed and considered as the proper way to cut costs in the construction of a data center. One example of the implementation of virtualization technologies is to using VMware. Another tools for virtualization are Xen and OpenVZ, but VMware is more flexible than Xen or OpenVZ because VMware can run a variety of operating systems. Although it has the advantage, virtualization technology also has a vital weakness, virtualization technologies could be analogous by putting all the eggs in a basket. This means that if the master server problem, all systems inside the virtual machine can not be used. However, it can be anticipated by provide backup facilities that run continually and automatically. VMware itself has had an application to backup/replicate virtual machines. However, that application is not free yet.This research has been design and creates a web-based software forbacking up virtual machines on VMware. So it made easier for users and admins to perform periodic backups of virtual machines. From the test results has been done, it can be seen that used disk type thin or zeroed thick make process backup faster, system can’t work well when virtual machine has snapshot, scheduling system and restoring system has worked well, physical ability data storage influence system.Keywords: Virtual machine, virtualization, Vmware, Backup, Data Center.

This paper discusses about the transformation of storage architecture in campus data center based on current situations of campus network storage as well as storage virtualization technology, with an aim to provide an efficient and transparent storage environment to users.

The current rapid development of cloud computing and networks has put forward new requirements for the construction of new infrastructure such as data centers. This paper compares traditional data centers and high-density data centers, proposes a three-tier infrastructure for high-density data centers, and analyzes the data center environment. To solve the obvious problem of software and hardware heterogeneity in high-density data centers, this paper uses virtualization technology to pool resources in high-density data centers and introduces SOA architecture to manage software and hardware resources hierarchically. Finally, the data center infrastructure and environment matching technology are studied.
