With the continuous deepening of medical reforms and the continuous attempts and explorations of various management models, the traditional health care model is undergoing tremendous changes, and patients’ needs for medical institutions are becoming more and more comprehensive. Medical institutions are meeting the needs of providing medical services to patients at the same time. It is even more necessary to change our thinking and enhance the service concept. This article is based on case-based deep learning hospital nursing business process reengineering and the application and feasibility study of integrated nursing information construction in nephrology nursing. This article uses the literature analysis method, the social survey method, and other methods to discuss the construction of integrated nursing information. On the one hand, the content of this article uses the concept of process reengineering to analyze the current development status and existing problems of the hospital care industry and find countermeasures to solve problems. On the other hand, the main research content of this article is the construction of integrated nursing information and its analysis of the application and feasibility of nursing in the nephrology department. At the same time, under the background of the rapid development of the mobile Internet, we will carry out extended thinking on the continuous transformation of the construction of nursing information. According to the survey results, 87.5% of patients in the nephrology department are dissatisfied with the current hospital’s work efficiency, and 85.7% of the nursing staff in the nephrology department are generally satisfied with the information management of the current department. After the implementation of the hospital information integration system, patient satisfaction is as high as 98.2%, and the satisfaction of medical staff reached 94.2%. The construction of integrated nursing information has played a great role in the application of nephrology nursing.

In the process of global information construction, different fields have built their own discrete global grid systems (DGGS). With the development of big data technology, data exchange, integration, and update have gradually become a trend, as well as the associative integration of different DGGS. Due to the heterogeneity of DGGS and the different encoding rules, how to build the encoding conversion rules and data mapping relationship between the same object in various DGGS is an effective support and key technology to achieve the interoperability of DGGS. As a kind of multipurpose DGGS, the quaternary triangular mesh (QTM) has become an effective spatial framework for constructing the digital earth because of its simple structure. At present, there are many schemes for QTM encoding research, which plays a key role in the development of QTM, but at the same time, it also leads to difficulties in the communication and integration of QTM under different encoding. In order to solve this problem, we explore the characteristics of QTM encoding, and put forward three conversion algorithms: resampling conversion algorithm, hierarchical conversion algorithm, and row–column conversion algorithm.

Abstract. At the present stage of development of the construction industry, steps to improve the efficiency of investment and construction projects can no longer be considered outside the context of construction information modeling technologies. Today, one of the main criteria for optimizing work on investment and construction projects is to reduce the time spent searching, working out and agreeing on spatial, financial, and temporal information about the construction object, therefore, the issue of the correct organization of information modeling of a construction site is quite relevant. In most cases, the design assignment is drawn up in the form given in Appendix B DBN A 2.2-2-2014 and is formal in nature. The presence of a design assignment, drawn up using the tools proposed below, reflects the thoroughness of the customer's elaboration of an investment and construction project, and reduces the risks of its implementation. The proposed methodology is based on three components of counter design, such as disaggregation, aggregation, and decomposition, from which its name – DAD –approach comes from. Allocation of structural elements in the structure of a building by disaggregation (analysis of alternative options) allows to create its model in the form of a hierarchical structure consisting of detailed and mutually synchronized parts - the configuration of the building. In accordance with the configuration of the construction site, hierarchical numbering is further reflected at all stages of design and in all its sections, incl. stamps of drawings and local estimates. This creates a unified system of interconnection and control of project sections. The creation of a construction site configuration in the form of a tree model with hierarchically numbered elements at the pre-design stage allows it to be applied at subsequent stages of the life cycle of a construction object in information modeling technologies. The use of the DAD – approach in counter-design is intended to increase the efficiency of the implementation of investment and construction projects.

The modern information construction of college English is to realize the distance teaching of College English with the help of modern information technology, which is conducive to the continuous development of network education in China in the direction of modern information. This paper summarizes the research objectives and contents of college English modern information technology construction. We analyze the significance of implementing college English modern information technology and realize distance teaching. Informatization is the core of modern military development. It is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen the informatization construction of military key laboratory to win the information war. Based on the analysis of the traditional management mode of laboratory and its disadvantages, combined with the practice and exploration of information construction and management of military key laboratory of military underground construction engineering in recent years, this paper comprehensively analyzes and deeply discusses the achievements and experience of laboratory in information construction and management, as well as the existing problems and lessons. Practice shows that the laboratory has made significant progress and benefits in the information construction and management, but there are still some contradictions and problems to be solved.
