Logistics supplier selection is the source of wind power manufactures enterprise product quality assurance,while the evaluation and selection of suppliers are affected by a number of uncertainty factors. In order to be more accurate and comprehensive evaluate the logistics supplier of wind power manufactures enterprise, a set of vendor evaluation index system is established in this paper. For the status quo of wind power manufactures enterprise directly scoring, an evaluation model is proposed which use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and select logistics supplier for wind power manufactures enterprise. The actual case shows that the method can be objective and accurate selection of suppliers and overcome the shortcomings of the previous evaluation methods.

This paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method of regional power grid power quality, and introduces its application with real measurement data. Firstly, the conception of regional power grid power quality evaluation is proposed. And a power quality indexes system, which contained the comprehensive power quality indexes, is designed on the basis of six national standards. Secondly, the evaluation objects are divided into two levels, then the comprehensive evaluation of regional power grid power quality is achieved with weighting the subsystems and large-scale systems by scatter degree method and improved analytic hierarchy process-G1 method. Finally, according to the data presented by power quality online surveillance system of Guangzhou power supply bureau, the suitability and validity is proved by the method of area pigmentation.

Scientific and comprehensive evaluation of wind power industry can help improve efficiency of wind power project and promote its healthy, sustainable development. An evaluation index system was established according to properties of wind power industry and fuzzy mathematics was used to set up a comprehensive evaluation model based on analytical hierarchy process. And then a case of wind power industry of a province in china verified the effectiveness of the model. And it is of great importance and guidance to the development of the wind power industry.
