The Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the most of death in the world. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is the graph that shows heart electrical activities. The physician record and detect the abnormal Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal by the Holter monitor that patient need to carry on the device for record ECG signal in 24 hours. Pan-Tomkins algorithm was appropriate for Real-time ECG signal recognition because high accuracy and rapidly analysis. This research propose the Real-time ECG Signal monitoring system for detect the abnormal ECG signal by using Pan-Tomkins algorithm with Wireless Sensor Network. The system separated into 2 part; sender module and receiver module. Experimental the system by using the ECG signal data from MIT-BIH database. Selected 20 samples of abnormal ECG signal then experimental at 10 and 20 meters sender module-receiver module distance, calculate R-R interval and R amplitude threshold The results show that the Real-time ECG signal monitoring system detect 17 abnormal ECG signal, the accuracy is 85%. This systems efficient for detect the abnormal of ECG signal in real-time.

Environment monitoring system is an application service system for the management of industry and agriculture and the construction and operation of the national economy, which is conducive to the protection of the environment and ecology, can effectively avoid major environmental pollution incidents to threaten people's lives and property safety, and provide information support to safe energy system and to more efficient cooperative-work. The wireless sensor network is the product of the combination of sensor technology, communication technology and computer network technology. The wireless communication technologies in wireless sensor networks include infrared, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and ZigBee, etc.. ZigBee technology is a set of communications technology for networking, security and application software with developed based on the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless standard, which are provided with low-power, low-latency, high security and other technical advantages. In this paper, the ZigBee wireless sensor network was used for data acquisition, wireless transmission in environmental monitoring site, which overcame the disadvantages and difficulties from traditional manual sampling monitors and from complicated wiring cable network monitoring. Quickly through ZigBee network data transmission to the monitoring platform to provide a reliable basis for environmental monitoring.

To improve the efficiency of the remote monitoring system for logistics transportation, we proposed a remote monitoring system based on wireless sensor network and GPRS communication. The system can collect information from the wireless sensor network and transmit the information to the ZigBee interpreter. The monitoring system mainly includes the following parts: Car terminal, GPRS transmission network and monitoring center. Car terminal mainly consists by the Zigbee microcontroller and peripherals, wireless sensor nodes, RFID reader, GPRS wireless communication module composed of a micro-wireless monitoring network. The information collected by the sensor communicates through the GPRS and the monitoring center on the network coordinator, sends the collected information to the monitoring center, and the monitoring center realizes the information of the logistics vehicle in real time. The system has high applicability, meets the design requirements in the real-time acquisition and information transmission of the information of the logistics transport vehicles and goods, and realizes the function of remote monitoring.
