As the living standards of people improve continually, commercial behavior is becoming more and more modernized, people also put forward new requirements for the speed and accuracy of goods measurement. This paper designs a weighing system of digital electronic scale which is similar to the MCU simulation, and gives the design diagram, hardware composition and software system. This system takes the 51 single chip microcomputer as the core, the main components are the dedicated 24 bits serial A/D conversion chip HX711, cantilever type resistance strain sensor, the four digital tube display. This design uses the dedicated 24 bits serial A/D conversion chip HX711, which has high resolution, simple peripheral interface, and occupies less I/O port, etc.

The principle conceptual design of the automatic tray filling machine of Li/MnO2 button cell battery and its control system are analyzed in the work. According to the the needs of production process putting the cell battery into the plate, it makes structure design and modeling simulation, completes electrical system design and program control design, relys on the Single chip microcomputer (MCU) system to achieve the human-computer interaction. In addition, this work verifies the feasibility and safety through the ANSYS modal analysis. After running the test more than a year, the product can well meet the production requirements.

This paper designed a set of counter system to hand flat knitting machine based on single-chip microcomputer, for the inconvenient of counter of traditional ones. It used a shading photoelectric switch sensor converted the output of the sensor into standard electrical signal of single-chip microcomputer with converter, then dealed with single-chip microcomputer, and the count value was output by speech at the end . The hardware simulation results show that the design is practical, achieving the schemed requirements.

The system adopted the way of the combination of software and hardware which used to detect oil pipeline leakage and located the accurate leak point. The hardware circuit using STC12C5A60S2 SCM、various types of sensors and MAX485 network and so on. Application of the Kingview technology to design a set of leakage monitor screen in software component. The system uses different sensors to measure the changes in various parameters of pipeline. And by changing parameters to judge whether a leakage happened. If it judged the presence of oil spill then upload the alarm information step by step, after terminal PC receives various parameters of information and then display the information of each code on monitoring interface and alarm the exact location, at the same time sends alarm sound.
