The principle conceptual design of the automatic tray filling machine of Li/MnO2 button cell battery and its control system are analyzed in the work. According to the the needs of production process putting the cell battery into the plate, it makes structure design and modeling simulation, completes electrical system design and program control design, relys on the Single chip microcomputer (MCU) system to achieve the human-computer interaction. In addition, this work verifies the feasibility and safety through the ANSYS modal analysis. After running the test more than a year, the product can well meet the production requirements.

based on the single chip microcomputer atmega168 robot control system design This paper introduces using micro controller, many sensors, such as ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, infrared range sensor, infrared obstacle avoidance sensor, and also using motor driving module and dc motor design a robot which can operate independently, The robot can detect its own attitude, obstacles, competition venues edge automatically, then according to signal which the sensor feedback to micro controller controlling the motor produce pushing or avoid action. In the design of the robot, we using the sensor redundancy design positioning obstacles in front of robot, we take full advantage of the proximity detector features in order to make the robot highly efficient and stable operation. The robot in the experiment operating in good condition, and it has reference significance for robot design.

A robot based on STC12C5A60S2 single-chip-microcomputer is designed for improving the production efficiency and reducing repetitive work. The system could identify path by detecting metal using eddy current sensor. By ways of the single-chip-microcomputer controlling stepper motor, the robot can run according to the predetermined route, judge independently cargo range and deliver the goods to the designated location. The implementation methods of the important links, such as mechanical structure design, path recognition and steering engine driving and so on are introduced, the system of which make the information interaction with computer through ISP-module (In-system-programming).by testing the model, it shows that the system can meet the design goals of handling goods automatically, and it has higher application value of reducing the accident rate of worker in repeated works and improving labor productivity.

The garbage salvage ship is made from polystyrene plastic as hull framework and STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer to control the core, and consists of DC gear motor, photoelectric sensor, power circuit and other circuits. The system uses STC89C52 to control the boat to move forward, backward or turn through the I/O port. Tracing is finished by infrared obstacle avoidance sensor E18-D80NK. Working manner of the infrared obstacle avoidance sensor E18-D80NK was introduced and its application scheme based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer in the control system of garbage salvage ship was put forward.
