Pangandaran merupakan daerah pariwisata yang dikunjungi ratusan ribuan pengunjung setiap tahunnya. Tingginya jumlah pengunjung ke daerah pariwisita Pangandaran memicu munculnya banyak pengusaha kecil dan menengah di daerah tersebut. Pengusaha di bidang penginapan murah, souvenir, makanan, dan jasa guide wisata adalah beberapa contoh bidang usaha kecil dan menengah yang tumbuh subur. Meningkatnya jumlah usaha di masing-masing bidang meningkatkan kompetisi dan berpengaruh terhadap cara dan pendekatan marketing untuk mendapatkan pelanggan. Kebutuhan wisatawan adalah informasi yang akurat dan tepat mengenai produk atau jasa layanan yang ditawarkan. Marketing berbasis teknologi informasi terutama teknologi yang memanfaatkan internet merupakan salah satu cara yang paling efektif dan efisien yang digunakan untuk melakukan marketing. Salah satu contoh teknologi informasi berbasis internet adalah media social yang berbasis aplikasi geotagging memudahkan pengguna untuk membaca review serta penunjuk lokasi dengan tepat.Teknologi location awereness systema dalah teknologi berbasis internet yang dapat digunakan pengguna untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan akurat berbasis pada lokasi – lokasi yang diinginkan oleh pengguna. Bagi pengusaha teknologi ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan marketing atau promosi kepada calon pembeli / pengguna jasa. Teknologi location awereness system yang dibangun berbasis website yang dapat diakses dengan berbagai perangkat, baik perangkat desktop maupun mobile (smartphone yang banyak dimiliki oleh wisatawan).

One of the key elements of future 5G and beyond mobile technology is millimeter-wave (mmWave) communications, which is targeted to extreme high-data rate services. Furthermore, combining the possibility of a wideband signal transmission with the capability of pencil-beamforming, mmWave technology is key for accurate cellular-based positioning. However, it is also well-known that at the mmWave frequency band the radio channel is very sensitive to line-of-sight blockages giving rise to unstable connectivity and inefficient communication. In this paper, we tackle the blockage problem and propose a solution to increase the communication reliability by means of a coordinated multi-point reception. We also investigate the advantage of this solution in terms of positioning quality. More specifically, we describe a robust hybrid analog–digital receive beamforming strategy to combat the unavailability of dominant links. Numerical examples are provided to validate the efficiency of our proposed method.

ABSTRACTA novel statistical model is presented to quantify situation awareness in the operation of small civilian Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Today, the vast majority of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operation takes place under Visual Line of Sight (VLOS) of a human operator, who is wholly responsible for the safety of the flight. As operation begins to move to Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS), it is likely that this responsibility will become shared between operator and the increasingly autonomous UAS itself. Before we seek to quantify the safety of such a system, it is beneficial to analyse the safety of existing Visual Line of Sight (VLOS) operations to provide a target level of safety. Prior to considering any on-board decision making, it is essential to ensure that the artificial situation awareness system of a UAS in Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) is at least as good as awareness of a human operator. The paper provides a probabilistic theory and model for the high-level abstractions of situation awareness to guide future assessment of BVLOS operations.
